朝早くに着いてしまったため、荷物を置かせてもらいに行ったところ、朝10時にチェックインさせてもらえた。 また、チェックイン前だが、朝ごはんも食べさせてもらえた。とても、快適な滞在になった。

The reception is very polite. I really appreciate their service. There are some restaurants very near to the hotel.

Our room was very simple but ok and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They ripped me off. I was charged for 4 nights, when I should have been charged for one night. They have a no refund policy which I understood when I had to cancel my one night reservation. They charged my credit card for 4 nights and refused to acknowledge their error and were rude as well.

A aimé · L’hôtel est très propre plutôt neuf Équipement correct Quartier calme propre Parking véhicule à 15€ par jour Personnel sympathique disponible N'a pas aimé · Le lit dans l angle car la chambre est un peu petit Pas de climatisation ou de ventilateur ( on en a pas demandé on a dormi fenêtre ouverte ) La localisation par rapport au centre touristique car il faut prendre bus et métro ( ou s ou tram) Du coup le bus subit tous les problèmes de circulation de cette ville en travaux beaucoup de temps pour rentrer à l hôtel en soirée

Clean warm dry bed, quiet room. Clean shower. Easy transport with bus stop outside that gets to Viktualienmarkt or Ostbahnhof (U5) which gets train on to Theresienwiesn. Nice to get some croissants from reception as i missed breakfast. Friendly staff. Could leave bags whilst walkabout before going to airport.
