La vicinanza dell' hotel ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro. Anche a piedi si può fare una piacevole passeggiata per ammirare la città. La colazione è varia e per tutti i palati. La camera, luminosa, silenziosa e confortevole e con affaccio sulla strada.

Hotel bien placé près du site de l'oktober fest (même si nous n'étions pas là pour cela), pas très loin du métro ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre. Bon petit déjeuner et rien à redire sur la chambre qui était fidèle à la description sur le site internet.

The location is perfect, accessible on foot and by tram from central station and the main square.Nice breakfast ,decent rooms , excellent staff .I would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Munich either for business or pleasure!

ottima soluzione, hotel in posizione strategia per visitare la città con fermata dei mezzi a due passi sia metro che bus. camere molto ampie tenute sempre pulite dal personale molto attento ai dettagli e sopratutto simpatico. colazione varia e abbondante. si è rivelata un'ottima scelta.

I loved the convenient location ,close to tram stop and central train station.A variety of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants also minutes on foot. The staff from the reception to breakfast room excellent!My room had a problem with plumbing (no hot water one day)but it was dealt with during the day.Next time in Munich,will definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately, our flight home from Munich was cancelled due to extreme weather in Munich, and we had to find another hotel. We are so pleased that we moved to this hotel. Initially for two nights and eventually staying for five. The hotel was well placed for public transport, comfortable and the breakfast excellent. However, the hotel's best asset was the wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff.

Kleines Hotel Garni mit eigener Tiefgarage. Überraschend war die geöffnet Bar nach dem Oktoberfest und die lässige Party dort. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sehr geräumig. Die sehr angenehme Bettwäsche sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Besonders freute mich die Möglichkeit der kostenlosen Stornierung bis 4 Tage vor Anreise. 👍 Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, wie die Zubereitung des Nudelsalat mit Mayonnaise.

If you are taking S-Banh metro from the MUC Airport, or long distance buses, this hotel is located south of the central station, about 10 mins' walk. Karlstor and the Old Town is just another 5 mins away. The hotel per se is not new, but it is clean and well maintained. Please note that it is NOT air-conditioned. It was okay during my stay, but it could be very unbearable a few days before my stay. The included breakfast is quite okay. Though the choices are limited but adequate and balanced.

Hotel bien comunicado con tranvías y metro muy próximos. La recepción abierta 24 h, cuenta con un chico que habla español, muy amable y atento. Habitaciones y baños amplios, limpios e incluso una de ellas tenía un calienta aguas. Desayuno bueno y variado incluido en el precio. Lo único para mejorar sería la decoración de la recepción, el comedor y zonas comunes ya que da sensación de ser poco acogedor ( no coincide con las fotos de la web). No tienen aire acondicionado pero tienen un pequeño ventilador en la habitación. Hotel recomendable.
