第一次給我一樓房間對着停車場入口，酒店房間有點歷史，比較陳舊

非常好的酒店，房間雖然有點老舊，但是不妨礙乾淨整潔，酒店早飯也很好，豐富多彩的口味。

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule. Regarding service: - ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw) - 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs - all website-provided informations are up to date - there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm) - staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English. - Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip. Location: a bit far from train & metro stations. Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first. Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Es gibt 3 Aufzüge, ein Restaurant, ein großer Frühstückraum, Fitnessbereich und ein Pool. Den Pool haben wir gerne besucht und hatten ihn eine Stunde für uns alleine. Das Personal ist an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und in Restaurant super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Auswahl zum Frühstück und köstlich war es auch. Die Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant war für mich zu wenig, dafür gab es eine Kinderspeisekarte und das Essen schmeckte uns sehr gut. Die Portionen sind rieseg. Poolbereich ist natürlich super. Alles war gut außer die Lage hatte nicht viel zu bieten und die anderen Gäste waren etwas seltsam. Manche saßen draußen neben dem Hotel auf dem Boden und tranken Alkohol. Ein Kind rannte meinem Sohn wütend hinterher um ihn vom Hotel und dort spielenden Kindern zu vertreiben. Wir blieben daraufhin den Rest des Abends auf unserem Zimmer. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön, auch wenn nicht so modern aber dafür sauber, das Bett schön weich und ruhig. Super fand ich die Spielecke neben dem Restaurant. Sowas habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie gesehen, finde das aber super. Danke an das Personal und die Zimmermädchen, ihr macht eine sehr gute Arbeit.

Pulizia in generale ottima, colazione varia ed abbondante, piscina e sauna per rilassarsi belle ma almeno per noi, l'acqua era un po' freschina! Noi eravamo in hotel con prima colazione, ci sono lì accanto altri 2 stabili dove hanno gli appartamenti. Comodo per spostarsi con la metro che si trova a 5 muniti a piedi. Parcheggio auto gratuito.

We stayed at Hotel am Moosfeld in October and had very pleasant experience. It's located in residential, suburban area, but it is very well connected to the Munich Fair and the city center by a metro line (the station is just a few minutes' walking distance). The interior of the hotel may not be as modern as expected, but it's very clean and practical). Staff is polite, at the reception desk and in the a la cart restaurant, always trying to be helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Situato in una zona non centrale ma molto comodo facile da raggiungere monaco, colazione abbondante e varia, camere accoglienti e pulita, possibilità di usufruire anche di piscina e spa,consigliato per chi va a monaco, Per chi ha necessità c’è anche un ristorante all’interno, unica nota negativa i pochi posti auto all’interno dell’hotel

Het ontbijt was heerlijk! Super uitgebreid! ·Weinig parkeerplekken. Kwamen 21uur aan en er was geen plek meer. Advies van hotelmedewerker was alles uit de auto halen en ergens op straat parkeren. Ergens op straat duurde 30min voordat we een parkeerplek konden bemachtigen. Kamer was erg warm en er is geen airco of een ventilator. Maar moet zeggen dat het ontbijt een en ander wel goed maakte. Nog nooit zo iets gezien.

Hotel 4 stelle, entrano in camera non vi era: Aria condizionata! Wi Fi Frigo bar Per il disagio della sola aria condizionata sono andato in reception per chiedere il cambio camera, non hanno preso in considerazione le mie rimembranze. Per onestà intellettuale devo dire che la colazione era ottima.
