Location is good, walking distance to train station and central station is 2 stops away. Breakfast was good and the waffle station was a bonus! There is a mini mart nearby and some restaurants too. Rooms were clean but air con temperatures was a little too warm.  It was raining one of the day during our stay, hotel was not able to lend us an umbrella.  Overall, still a recommended hotel to stay when you are in Munich.

旁邊就是DB火車站，很方便。就是房間小了點，2個人住箱子放了就沒地兒了

房間比較小，但還可以接受。但是從入住起就狀況百出。第一天空調壞了，整個房間都非常冷，衹能換房間，第二天出去玩回來之後房間沒有人打掃衞生，結果又換了房間。總共才住兩個晚上，一共換了三個房間。

離朋友家非常近！很滿意的旅行

地點不錯，離開總火車站很近，坐公交大概15分鐘左右，步行大概半小時不到，非常方便。早餐可以，離超市也很近。但早三人房間很小，幾乎沒辦法走動。淋浴間的隔離玻璃很短，水很容易濺出。廁所間是拉門，一點不密封，且很不方便

房間不錯，經濟實惠

環境非常好，位置也好找，門口馬路邊11點後能免費停車，房間和床都挺大，早餐也還可以，不錯的體驗。。。

酒店乾淨程度一般， location is ok, several minutes away from hbf. 提高早餐，這是歡朋的特色。 沙發床是壞的，床單還臟，被迫臨時換房間，工作人員態度也不好。

It’s a good hotel for business

We pay for 3 persons a night, but 3rd person only got a bath towel (which they forgot to replace when they housekeeping. We 3 had to share pillows meant for 2 person. Also, only set of 2 mugs, 3rd person no need to drink water? Toilet flush splashes water out of the toilet bowl and onto the toilet pan so I spend much time cleaning the pan. No drainage in the bathroom and no door to close the shower stall so perpetual water ponding. No shower gel provided and not given when asked. Too tired to persist. Breakfast was ok.

When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to pay extra 40euros per night for opening the sofa bed. but trip.com told us no need. Meanwhile, we called hotel on 17th May, a lady confirmed my booking including the sofa bed and no extra charges. Finally, they did not charge us extra 40euros. But it is not a good experience. If the hotel has relevant policy, should list it on the Trip website in advance. However, others is ok except this.

Clean and neat rooms but elevators was busy due to small numbers to serve tooo many rooms

熱水壺、吹風機、電熨斗等基本設施齊全，房間裏還給免費的袋裝咖啡和茶。早餐有熱有冷、有葷有素，選擇多而且好吃。缺點：沒有冰箱。
