I'm Marriott titanium and have stayed at well over 1000 Marriott properties. I feel compelled to leave this review so others don't make the same mistake I did last week. I booked the property assuming it would be a typical Residence Inn. It is in grave disrepair. I checked in, the elevator was broken, the halls smelled of urine, my carpet was stained everywhere, the furniture was ripped, and the smoke detector was missing and wires hanging from the wall, had I stayed longer I'm sure I'd have found more issues. Kudos to the two women at the front desk who were outstanding and should be commended for their customer service. I simply told them I wasn't going to be able to stay (refund or not) they simply said "we understand" and cancelled my reservation. Know that keeping this open pre-remodel is going to damage your brand and reputation beyond repair. A loyal Marriott Elite.
