Ok to stay for the price paid for , a lot of food around the hotel area

Loud and lots of noise There is so mich noise, we couldn’t sleep at all…. A generator is placed next to the room and running all night. We checked in at 10:30 pm and tried to sleep at 3 pm we gave up and Went to the Airport and stayed there for 5 hours. Close to the Airport, bit not worth the money!!!! The staff was ok.

Book another place… Bad beds….. so hard matress and could not sleep, due to massive noise from a generator….. Dirty

The service was very bad. There was no one to carry our luggage to our rooms and the overall experience was not worth the price which we had to pay. The photos of the rooms were very misleading as they were nothing like the photos had shown. In addition to this, we had actually booked a room for three but the manager kept saying that only a room for two people had been booked and started asking for extra charges for the third person. We were lucky enough to have proof of our bookings and did not have to pay extra charges.

I am writing regarding my booking in Hotel Aksa on dated 24/06/2022 which was bad experiences due to incorrect information of accommodation description provided on the Hotel Website.I was totally socked to see the amenities in the hotel. I had booked the hotel for three person for two nights but room in the hotel was not available for three person. I have came herewith the long journey with my families and also carry four luggage , due to this I faced so many problem. So we take the decision not staying at this hotel because my family suffer a lot of problems. The problem arise due to wrong information provided by the Aksa hotel in your website. The hotel staff are also taking rude behavior to us. My decision are not staying at this worst hotel because of my family concern and they will suffer a lot for staying at this hotel. I hope you understand my problem regarding family concern.

Excellent hospitality

I saw and went for it, but it seems my experience with room was not good. Staff was corporative gave me proper information. No breakfast was offered. I checked in at night and found cockroach in room and hairs on bed it seems bed sheet was not changed as it was night and i was tired i didn't ask for anything. I took the room just to keep my luggage and sleep at night in day time i was out. But it's near airport and metro so travel-ling was easy.

Water was leaking, bed was full of bedbugs. I could not able to sleep at night. Ac was not working properly.

A bit of bugs and cockroaches were there but very well professional staff. I would definitely recommend my colleagues.

Economical, short stays are best.

The hotel location is just near by metro station marol naka and the hotel staff is very good i like to go again rooms are neat and clean the staff behaviour is very very good love from jammu and kashmir
