Overall a good experience. Amenities are there but you have to pay to play pool, snooker, sky hockey, etc..only steam room but no sauna room. Changing rooms are not very clean. Check out time is at 10am which is too early especially when they are serving breakfast till 10:30am. Shower in the room is not good as the water comes very slowly. Hair dryer provided is of poor quality. Mattress provided is spring mattress which not comfortable to sleep. Food and drink menu prices are unrealistic.

The Retreat Hotel and ConventionCenter is best place to visit with family. All staff are friendly. Worth staying in Retreat hotel. All room are sanitized and clean. Food and Beverage are Good. Love staying in Retreat Hotel and Convention Center.

The store cld havr more things like earphones and other essentials , beach timings cld increase by half hour ., the Experience was Very good 🙌

Everything was excellent and services were bang on time and with great quality. Food is little expensive but for a 5 star property, it's fair enough. Thank you to the "The Retreat" team to make our stay memorable ❤️

The property is overall good and the staff is very helpful. Food was good in taste but there is still scope in variety.

The Property is good and spacious but there were a few glitches which I have listed below 1) Terrible Fishy Smell all around the resort 2) Birds creating Havoc around the pool, you are feared to death to swim in the pool since the crows, pegions and kingfishers which they have kept as pets fly so low on top on your head, you practically cannot swim at least till 7 pm 3) They charge you even for cutleries if asked from the room service, and the charges are exorbitantly expensive which is 250 rupees per plate. To top it all they don't even provide you with a spoon or fork if asked. 4) Breakfast Buffet is very average with limited spread 5) They don't even provide a body wash in the washroom, you need to bathe with a soap which is not expected from a resort like this. The experience of the resort in all is very average due to these issues.

We had a wonderful family staycation here. Hotel Services, food and rooms everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Mr. Ashokan made sure our stay was comfortable. Looking forward to planning many more staycations.

Retreat hotel became regret with respect to road access , dry fish smell and not able to access pool because of crows , pigeon disturbance ( all birds take bath at the same pool ) We have check in to hotel 4 hours early whereas receptionist not considered to give early check in Horrible road access Malad mad marve road , no cabs will get so easily, neither hotel don’t help to get any cabs ,only auto rickshaws possible , road work is under progress in between huge traffic jam As far as the hotel concern it’s very good and clean , providing steam bath facilities etc excellent, accessibility is highly disappointing Food is super expensive as we don’t have any alternative near by , we have pay and have Thanks Anand HS

The resort is good the amenities are also good but one major problem is exactly behind the resort there is beach and over there fish seller keep dry fishes and it stinks a lot during the afternoon time and even little bit in the evening. Include food in your package while booking otherwise it is costly. The place is pleasant and peaceful. I hope they solve this fish issue

Property is finest, location little bit difficult to reach, Staff co operation was good, food is good but very limited options

Expected a lot but the experience was disappointing. The moment i stepped out of the car the fishy smell almost made me vomit. Also the pool site was disguting, bird feces all over, totally unhygienic.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-furnished, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was ideal—just a short walk to all the main attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
