I had booked my hotel stay accommodation at Mumbai through MMT at Happay Portal on 09/04/2025 with check in on 13/04/2025 and check out on 15/04/2025 for attending a Meeting at Head Office. Subsequently the meeting was rescheduled to 16/04/2025. Thereby immediately on 10/04/2025 I had raised a request with MMT Representative, as well as the concerned Hotel Administration for rescheduling the booking with check in on 15/04/2025 and check out on 17/04/2025. Thereby Myself, Hotel Representative and the MMT Representative had a con-call on 10/04/2025 and the Hotel Representative agreed to accommodate the changes as a good gesture, as I had stayed there earlier twice. He had requested a mailer confirmation from the MMT for the rescheduled dated to accommodate the changes and the first mail was initiated from the Hotel Administration to MMT on 10/04/2025 at 19:23 PM, second reminder mail on dated 10/04/2025 at 19:54 PM, third reminder mail on dated 10/04/2025 at 19:58 PM, forth reminder mail on 11/04/2025 at 14:36 PM, fifth reminder mail on 11/04/2025 at 14:45 PM, sixth reminder mail on 11/04/2025 at 20:54 PM, seventh reminder mail on dated 13/04/2025 at 11:27 AM, eighth reminder mail on 14/04/2025 at 13:57 PM, nineth reminder mail on 14/04/2025 at 2:14 PM, still MMT’s Representative couldn’t share a confirmation mail to the Hotel Representative for accommodating the change. Thereby the Hotel Administration has closed the booking, and I had to do a new booking for the rescheduled check in and check out dates.
