As a 5 star hotel in Mumbai Hotel sahara star gave high hopes for my upcoming stay, we booked a premium Venus room for one day stay. But this decision of choosing the hotel and room turned out to be the most bad idea of the trip as the Amenities they provide is not up to the mark of a 2 star hotel. They locked A/C at 26 - 27 and guests were literally sweating in rooms. We asked them for a room change they moved us to an another room where maintanence was going on. We couldn't sleep because of the constant knocks and thudding sound from the maintance work that's happening. We won't suggest the hotel to anyone. I feel like cheated after spending so much money for booking a room like that. We complained regarding A/C problem two times and both time technicians came after 30-40 min and they done something in A/C unit and assured that it will work, we asked them to stay for one min to see whether this works but they said they won't wait the problem is resolved. Again the same condition it was not working and after 2-3 hrs of fighting they gave a room that is downgraded but a suite room in an ongoing maintance location. The next day we complained this to guest relation and they said they are helpless and will do a better job next time, this kind of situation in a 5 star hotel is pathetic and irritating.
