I checked in on 28th April 2025 and checked out on 29th April 2025, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The attitude of the person at the reception was absolutely unprofessional — it felt like they believed they had all the corporate bookings in the world and didn’t need to extend basic courtesy to individual guests. There was no warm welcome, no effort to assist, and certainly no hospitality. I paid ₹17,000 for a single night, and in return, there was no one to help with luggage, no valet parking, and a breakfast that was bland, cold, and poorly presented. It felt like they were just ticking boxes without actually caring about guest experience. The hotel interiors looked old and untouched — as if no renovation or maintenance had ever been done since the property first opened. Everything felt outdated and neglected. For the price charged, this place delivers nothing in terms of service, comfort, or care. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
