Most pathetic hotel and worst management i have ever seen............. Even the owner Sameer is most unprofessional person who dont pay GST for the invoices given to client like us even after following up for 3-4 months. Not at all recommended.

Overall it's a good stay, avg hotel, good family room, nice and cooperative staff. Very near to airport t2.

Hotel in good location in city, hotel front is very bad and dirty, hotels inside is good, in the hotel no kitchen so food carry from outside, as per stay price too high

Hotel upkeep is not good. Restaurant facility not available not value for money. Surroundings are un clean. Transport facility is difficult

I didn’t check in seeing the facade. Its a commercial building. I want my refund back. Why was it not mentioned anywhere

Hotel location is very good. All daily needs and mumbai authentic foods are available no need to travel anywhere to have. When i check-in hotel room is dusty in corners and i told then to clean it up and its done based on concern raised. Washrooms are clean. Parking facility is there but not in same building. If you have heavy luggage first let the hotek confirm your booking and they will arrange staff to carry your luggage as lift is not available. Over all hotel experience is good
