Dear Ferns Management, I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue during my recent stay 15th and 16th September at Chembur property. At night around 11.30 when we were calling the front desk twice, I was not provided with hot water in my room. This was especially troubling as I was not feeling well and needed a warm water for my health and comfort. Again tried at 12.30 but still no respond also they suggest to use cattle, we already told them cattle is to dirty to use. The lack of hot water and the delayed response significantly impacted my stay, and I am still awaiting a resolution or response regarding this inconvenience. I trust that as a four-star establishment, you will address this issue promptly and ensure better service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,
