Mr. Tayal and Family stay at this so-called four-star property was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff was highly rude and uncooperative, and this hotel does not deserve a four-star rating—it's more akin to a roadside lodge. Here are the key issues we faced during our stay: 1. Rude Check-in Staff: Instead of a warm welcome, the check-in staff displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. 2. No Parking: The hotel did not provide parking, either during the day or at night, on the premises. 3. Driver’s Washroom Facilities: No arrangements were made for our driver to use a washroom. 4. Booking Confusion: We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children, but the hotel insisted we had only booked for three people. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide an extra bed. As a result, family guest had to compromise and stay without it. 5. Noisy Construction: Starting early in the morning, the hotel carried out loud drilling work that caused significant disturbance. Despite multiple requests to stop, the noise continued, and staff responded with disrespectful behavior towards guests. This was not only frustrating but deeply insulting to children and family. This hotel is a disgrace to the concept of "Atithi Devo Bhav" (Guest is God) and should be penalized for its poor service and negative impact on India's hospitality image. The staff’s carelessness and lack of professionalism set a terrible example.

Since 2019, I always come to this hotel during my trip to Bombay with my group of students. During my 14-day stay in this hotel, I always feel like I'm living in my own home. In these years, they have improved a lot in terms of facilities and comfort for passengers. I come to this hotel at least three times a year. The only problem is the sound of the train horn. During my last trip, the sound came through the window and they should fix it.

Very clean and spacious room. Cleaning person was very attentive to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much for him. All equipments were nice maintained and kept in order. Pool was closed. Kitchen facility is good. Fnb breakfast was good. I really had a comfortable stay.

Just the TV need to have a bit more features like youtube netflix and rest everything was perfect It was great and awesome experience I can say one of the best hotels here in mumbai south and great value for money it was great booking at ramee techome
