The room was very spacious and neat and clean. Good service by all staff and also seamless check in and check out too

Loud music playing till 3:00 am in some party venue. Rooms are not sound proof. Could not sleep.

Service was good & prompt. couldnt taste the food , except Tea , as was rushing for meetings. Room service bit late , can improve better. Iron box missing in the room. Refresh room bath tub - should go for a maintenance. Overall is good , definitely recommend to others

Worst hotel to stay in. Staff is uncourteous. Breakfast was terrible, will never recommend or staying here again.

It was a wonderful stay here.hygiene is well maintained. Nature walk was amazing.property is in middle of nature..Mr Arif guided us well and were very cooperative through out...food was luring cafe crema . restraints adds beauty to this place.. overall it was mind blowing experience..

It is nice stay Peninsula grand Hotel I have booked for 1 night it was a wonderful experience with team special housekeeping staff Mr Arif they are polite giving excellent services even the good food is full of and fully maintained by the management thank you for hospitality Peninsula grand Tarun

I was very much confused about the tv channel were not coming and the remote was not working so called housekeeping at that time one person came with name I guess Arif and that person had solved my problem which I was facing from last night thanks for your service

Do not believe the description There is nothing 4-star about this place and at the time I booked, I chose it because its description claimed that it had a full-service spa and provided a FREE airport transfer. Nope, the spa does not exist and not only is their transfer not free, it costs almost three times what a Uber costs, for a very short ride to the airport. They conveniently fail to mention that there is a nightclub on the premises, so I was kept awake by loud music and inebriated people talking loudly in the corridor the three nights I was there. Anything that could go wrong in my room (219) did exactly that - fridge did not work, kettle was leaky, the the bathtub stopper had to be manually removed because the knob was purely decorative, the shower was either a pressure hose or nothing, mirror frame was held together by rusty staples, somebody obviously took a pee in my room before I arrived and didn't flush (gross) and the aircon was a mystery. I'd set it to 24° but it would keep going down to 21°. The neighbourhood is just as awful, so avoid this place like the plague, unless you intend to catch it! Totally not worth the high price at all!

Very good and humble staff the deluxe room was very spacious however the rooms need to be revamped if they are charging so much for the rooms overall stay was good, the food was also very good.

I was stuck in the elevator for 16 minutes and they did not hear the alarm for 15 minutes even though it was very loud. The phone number provided for the hotel is wrong so when i called on the phone no answer. Pathetic property.

Stay was good and comfortable. But lack of spa when you are back from a tiered day out then you go out again looking for a spa near by thats local

We have book the hotel for our foreign guest but he was complaining about the room pest control issue cockroach was in the room.
