I strongly recommend Ginger East Andheri (MIDC) hotel. I stayed here for 3 days with my mother. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff at reception Sukho and Bably were super helpful and went out of the way to help me. Whenever I called them, they were proactive to help me. Even the security personnel Bipin Tiwari was helpful and polite. The cleaning staff was very humble and cleaned our rooms whenever we requested. Food was nice and hygienic so I would say all in all wonderful place to stay with family also hotel is well connected to all main destinations.

Ginger midc is not worth staying against what they charge us. Rooms were very much averages like local hotels and not that clean. Bathrooms were full of stains. Ac was oldest midrl and broken too. It was not cooling the room. There was no doormat to wipe your feet. The napkin kept was used. The breakfast area was very unclean and unhygienic. The ceiling was dripping, and they kept dirty bucketsto collect the water. Staff was not at all attentive. Food was running out, but nobody was refilling even after reminding them many times. Tables and plates were not cleaned, in fact, stinking. Overall, it was disappointing, waste of money. Not recommended.

Room size are too small. Even if there is no dinning table to have food. You have to have your food on the bed itself. We ordered dinner and food was totally cold and not fresh. 2times they changed but it was the same food they were only making it hot in microwave.

Hotel didn't allow my guest to come to the room and i had to pay extra just for the guest to come in the room for 1 hour

The staff are all wonderful ( no exceptions!) Everyone was friendly, respectful and very helpful!!! Thank you very much for your kind service. The hotel is conveniently located to Old Dhaka and railway station. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The window was able to be opened, which is a big plus for me, as I dislike air conditioning. The bed was very firm, which I don’t mind ( some may think too firm). Wifi excellent. Nice hot water in the shower. Breakfast options limited, but enough. Plenty of options in menu for lunch and dinner, and very good taste. You can dine in the restaurant or in your room. Nothing to complain about. Tea making facilities in the room would be a suggestion.
