Das Türschloss (Sensor) funktionierte nicht. Ich musste immer Meine Tür musste immer von einem Mitarbeiter mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden,
Das Bett schien nicht frisch bezogen zu sein, es hatte einen starken Geruch, verknittert, Flecken auf dem Laken.
Die Armaturen und der Spiegel hatten schon lange Zeit keinen Putzlappen mehr gesehen
Ich hatte für den Preis etwas Besseres erwartet.
Das Personal war nett und bemüht, mir zu helfen.

Anmol tripathi at the reception was so unprofessional. The rooms were stinking and there was a big mould in the room. The staff did not know how to speaker with the customers. I entered the hotel and the receptionist Anmol tripathi asked me my room number. I have barely entered the hotel. The staff was vvv unprofessional

OMG,where do I start.The pictures on the website really don't match what you get.Absolutley appalling, mould,air con not working properly, door lock not working, mould in wardrobes, horrendous smell in rooms due to damp.We went into the dining area for food and I nearly threw up,the smell was like if I'd walked into a sewer.Walked straight back out for some air. Checked in then checked back out wasted no time finding elsewhere,should have done my homework or checked rooms first. Lesson learnt,avoid at all cost's. Don't go off photos on there website, far from the truth. Location not the best also

Rooms are very smelly and bathroom stinks. there is no ventilation. the bedding is not very clean. Also the chairs in room 002 were broken

My stay at Aarya International was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, a broken air conditioner. To make matters worse, the staff was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Their attitude was dismissive, and they refused to accommodate any requests. and the management clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else.
