Good rooms and good service

Rooms are not ventilated. there is no window at all. how can someone sit in room for a day??? we have booked superior room but it's not upto mark.

Please book this hotel only if you have no other options. The front office staff is rude and indifferent to guests. There was ongoing renovation work, and the front office was covered in dust. Upon arrival, I had to wait 15–20 minutes as no one was at the reception. The room was good, but due to the renovation and pest control, there was a strong smell, making it impossible to sleep the entire night. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, with very limited options and serious hygiene issues. I also ordered mutton biryani but was served lamb biryani instead. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Room is not clean unless i switch on some green button. I have never seen this in any hotel. I came back by 6 pm and my room was dirty. Their reply is i did not ask to clean. Secondly i ask in restaurant whether they use separate vessels for veg and non-veg food the reply i got was "sir, if you want pure veg food, please go to pure veg restaurant"

Pathetic hotel, on entrance I spoke English being a foreigner and the receptionist was busy smirking and laughing, he’s colleague was not welcoming and was unprofessional found him spraying perfume and being casual about it. We made a booking via bookings to have found out we couldn’t even have our rooms, there shouldn’t a rating at all. As first time experience I’m beyond disappointed and WOULD NOT recommend to anyone: Try a different hotel and don’t be swayed by these other reviews. For $300 usd can find a way better hotel, this one is beyond disgraceful.

Difficult to find location. Taxi had to circle back a couple of times. Liked the place. Willbe back.

The hotel staff were extremely rude. We had booked for 3 persons beforehand so they were supposed to provide us with an extra mattress which they never did. We didnt even get the room keys even on asking several times in the reception. There was no drinkable water in the hotel. Overall experience was very bad.

Third class hotel and locality charged extra amount for early check in didnt even provided bill for the same when asked for bill denied for early check in not at all recommended

Staff behavior so rude bad food served no safety even peon not pick our luggage. Sorry i have no image

No parking for car i parked my car as per wachmens instructions in the morning i saw my whole car had scratches and i complained them they said area is like this only we cant do anything worst experience

Rooms were not clean parking issue no parking available in hotel staff was good but the room quality was not good
