Landmark Asia Serviced Apartments

My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of the 2 weeks we were there, and by serviced meaning the floor was sweeped and that was it. There was construction work going on, on the outside walls of the apartments therefore there was constant banging from 9am until 6pm. We were not warned in advance or when we could finally check in. The apartments also say it has a pool, which is true but it is only open from 6pm until 8pm... The only good thing about the apartments in the outside seating area in the complex, surrounding by trees and animals.

I was informed before travelling to contact there care taker, I rang several times (as well as the reception) and unable to reach contact. We had to get a hotel the first night... I wouldn't really say the rooms are serviced, for the two weeks we stayed there it was 'serviced' the first two days, and by serviced the floor was sweeped at that was it. There was construction work ongoing for the full two weeks on the outside of the building - removing the rendering. Therefore, from 9am to 6pm, there was constant banging. We were not informed of this before arriving or when we could finally actually check in. The apartment states there is a pool, which is correct but it only opens at 6pm until 8pm... The only good thing about this apartment was the seating area in the apartment complex surrounded by trees and animals.

Good location. Outside ambience is good. No proper tube lights or lamps provided. Furniture conditions are horrible.
