先説優點：酒店離大商場galaxy mall很近，步行最多10分鐘到。離泗水動物園也不遠，打車十幾分鍾。服務人員態度也蠻好的。還有就是價格便宜。
缺點：酒店在一條主路旁邊，早晚來往車輛非常吵，半夜也有那種疾馳而過的摩託車轟鳴。然後酒店外面不知道是有啥工廠還是酒店中央空調的外機整夜轟隆隆，總之，睡眠淺的人在這裏真的沒法睡。

Kamar bersih namun alat makan yg disediakan hotel kurang bersih, AC dingin, Proses cek in cepat& harus deposit dulu 100rb.Dekat ITS jarak 1km. Pelayanan ramah.
