Kerrigans B&B is located in the heart of Mullingar over the Kerrigan's pub, less than 1 mile from the railway station and close to bus stops. It offers a snack bar and free Wi-Fi.
Each room at Kerrigan’s B&B has simple décor, heating, a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms have a private bathroom.
There is a lively bar downstairs offering a daily snack menu, along with a new artisan coffee shop.
Breakfast is grab and go Monday to Friday from the coffee shop downstairs from 8am, or you can request a ready made breakfast to your room fridge on arrival. On Saturdays and Sundays, a cooked breakfast option is also available.
Free parking is available onsite. The property is set next to Mullingar's Royal Canal and Harbor Quay. The lakes, Lough Ennel and Lough Owel are within 10 minutes’ drive of the bed and breakfast.

17 of us stayed at Kerrigan bnb and had a wonderful time. Rooms a lovely with confy beds. Let the shower run for a bit. Great breakfast. A surprise in fridge too. There are stairs but one of the staff carried mine up. Nice pub downstairs and is right in the heart of mullingar. The staff were so friendly and we felt so welcomed there. We will be back again.

The best place to stay I was there for six night travelled from Cleveland Ohio to see family and the price is reasonably excellent service could not do enough spotless and the staff are very very nice especially Mary behind the bar wonderful will recomend and return again thank you to Kerrigans Mullingar. Bed very comfortable and clean. En suite excellent. Carpet very stained. Room cold. Windows single glazed thus lots of noise of traffic early in the morning. Curtains not lined thus room very bright early. Breakfast mediocre. Otherwise great value.

Fantastic place. Tara looked after me so well on arrival. Room was spotlessly clean and cosy,bed so comfy. Lovely continetal breakfast. Dominca even helped this morning defrosting my car before I left. Great value for money. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend this place.

Myself and my partner discovered this gem of a place a few months ago. Rooms are lovely, two are really huge. Shower is fully stocked and beds are very comfortable. Small fridge in the room with water, juice, biscuits and bars of chocolate ( nice touch). Staff are absolutely wonderful....we even made a collection for Leah's birthday ( fantastic bar woman) Great service. All so helpful.. giving pointers on the hot spots to go to. The owner pops in and out and even left pints behind the bar for us and a family group that we brought to try the place,!!. Converted. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff are friendly to say the least. Ten out of ten to this place. 5 minutes away from the main street. Staying again on Sunday night. Long may we continue 😀

Excellent b&b central to mullingar. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and breakfast was gorgeous. Highly recommended this b&b nicer than any fancy hotel. Beds were very comfortable room very clean and there was even bottles of water and chocolate bar in the fridge which was a really nice touch. Coffee shop is lovely and was even offered a free coffee on checkout. Will defiently be back here

A great B&B and pu with an adjacent car park. i've stayed here several times and I love the atmosphere. The rooms are bright, quiet and clean. A great breakfast is provided - can't fault it. Very friendly staff who are ready to help if necessary too.

Wonderful place to stay would highly recommend it, wonderful friendly welcoming staff, very accomadating. Fab food choices for breakfast, rooms lovely and clean. Lovely location lots to see. Wished we had stayed longer. We will be back thank you.
