Pleasant stay at Vega. They were opening their new building at the time we stayed and that looked great too.

The hotel was new and in good condition. Barely adequate staff but was polite and helpful.

Zero maintenance to the property, no trained personnel there in the staff, cockroaches in the room, locks not working, acs not working, tv set top box subscription not recharged, no chef to take a-la-carte orders, not even a cup of tea. I will not recommend this place to anyone how much ever good it looks in pictures, service wise its pathetic. Zelica the reception incharge there tried her best to solve problems but its not one persons job. The management has to be aware of proper maintenance and training to staff, she alone was the best in the lost.

Rooms are not maintained, acs not working, no chef in the property so one cannot order a cup of tea all day. Door locks in bad condition, staff not trained well and they dont understand basic instructions. The waiter had heard ‘freshlime soda’ for the first time. Will not recommend to anyone

Hot water never work we need to call reception and after 2 days it work that too partially reception lady has no knowledge about the work poor helpers are under management fear not able to answer i paid for premium they gave me non premium no ac working no telephone working will never ever stay at this hotel ever

I was staying in vega on my birthday. The whole ground floor was occupied by one family. They were talking so loudly the entire night. They were awake until around 2 am, i guess. There were sounds of a bell, and doors opening and closing. I didn’t get any sleep the entire night. Additionally, there seemed to be some work going on; i could hear the sound of a hammer.

Our stay was really enjoyable. The vibe was relaxed and perfect for a laid-back vacation. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The staff took care of everything, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also a plus— Colva beach and the church was just a short walk away, with plenty of restaurants close by. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday.
