Place and restaurant ambience is good.restaurant and food is awsome.all staffs are very courteous and friendly.very nice looking place.the lemon tree vemban lake resort is excellent experience .and swimming pool view is excellent…..

Excellent food and service. Even received a surprise birthday cake, thanks to the staffs' attention to detail. Well maintained amenities and boating services also arranged. Massage services are also available, which was a great experience. Overall it was an amazing experience staying at Lemon tree overlooking the Vembanad lake.

Nice service nice food nice. And good ambience in the resort kerala style heritage resort. And every ataffs are friendly and helpful. food is nice and tasty. And roons are very neat and clean. And pool view is awsome. You must see the sunrise. Special mention to rajesh reception.

I would recommend the Lemon Tree Vembanad Lake resort.accomodation is great and service is excellent .the location and view is wonderful .we have special memories in this resort.staffs are everyone is fantastic.we have great view in my room.

While on our recent trip to Kerela, we booked this property to enjoy scenic views, serenity and relax. Room: Very spacious with a separate store/space for luggage and clothes. Aesthetic of the room gave it a heritage look although some of the fixtures and furniture can be upgraded. Room was also equipped with needed amenities that includes sofa, center table, working desk and chair, dresser and kettle for making tea/coffee. Bathroom was also big and squeaky clean. Views: This is the USP of this property. All the rooms overlook the Vembanad Lake which is frequented by houseboats and shikaras. One can also see Chinese Fishing nets that is a stone throw distance. Infinity swimming pool is clean. Overall property is surrounded by lush greenery. Food: This is the biggest disappointment and highly unexpected from a brand like Lemon Tree. Starting with breakfast that has limited spread. Although juice and cut fruits were good ***** with Sambhar, Vada and Dosa. Rest of the spread is not delicious and one can give a miss. On request, omelet was good. We had lunch twice and one dinner. Only once we had a decent Kerela Prawns delicacy that was good. However, rest of the time, food was a major disappointment with no taste at all. Roti was not of equal size and can be easily was made by a novice chef. House cooks would do a better job here. Service: Service at the restaurant is very slow and not worth for the taste and available options. However, rest of the service like housekeeping and SPA was excellent. The shikara (paid) for Kumarakom and Lake Vembanad was also good and so as the arrangement done for pick and drop to Allepey finishing point. Hospitality: Excellent. A warm welcome, smiling faces and everyone was eager to please their guest. If they can make some upgrades (renovation started already) and surely not a deal breaker at all but improve their restaurant (Citrus Cafe) by several levels then this is would be a property that has indulgence written all over it.
