"Big4 Mudgee Holiday Parkilla oli ainutlaatuinen ja mielenkiintoinen vibe. 2 Br Cabin oli mukava; meillä oli myös etukäteen terassi. Emme nähneet hyvin viehättävä NSW maakaupunki erinomaisia viinitilat, kauniit kahvilat ja ruokailuvälineet. Meillä oli myös näyttely Mudgee Arts Precinct. Big 4 sijaitsee mukavasti kaupungissa, mutta myös joitakin hyvin mukavia Mudgee vierailuja ja maisemia aivan päin. "

"We traveled as a group of four. We stayed for one night in a room that sleeps 5. however there were only 4 chairs and three forks. It has been newly refurbished and the bathroom renovated. However the bathrooms already show wear and tear with stained grout and silicone. That was disappointing. The bathroom window needs to be updated. It still had the mash opening, so it will be freezing in winter."

"We stayed in the Gardeners Cottage. Lovely quiet place to stay with regional country charm. Less than 5 min drive to main street,CBD, and close to wineries and other attactions. Owner Stacey lovely, checked in daily to see if we needed everything. Generous breakfast hamper, catered for GF diet as well without a fuss. Coffee machine, great wood fire so easy to use and kept the whole cottage toasty."

Wanderlight Motor Inn
"I booked a Standard Queen room, via the website, for an overnight stay in Mudgee. We knew check-in was 2pm but arrived in Mudgee about 1pm and drove to the Motor Inn. Reception was closed so we knocked on the door as we wanted to ask if we could leave our car on the property. The lady at reception told us in a very unfriendly manner that check in was "not before 2pm" however we could leave our car there. We arrived back at 2.10pm, still closed, so phoned reception to gain access. We were given the key to Room 10 on the ground floor. It was quite roomy, very clean and had been refurbished, by way of painted brick walls and new carpet. However, there were some short falls. The curtains had several hooks missing so could not be closed properly. The bathroom was very narrow with only a sliding door and the toilet had a constant drip. The plastic shower curtain wasn't great for stopping water getting on the floor and unfortunately, no hand towel or bath mat which meant a visit to reception. The lady questioned my husband whether he had looked around for the towels. The next morning we couldn't find any cups so had to use our own. When checking out, we mentioned the lack of cups and again was asked if we had looked everywhere as there should be cups. She came into the room and searched high and low. It appeared to us that this Motor Inn relies on guaranteed bookings for contract workers coming to the area and has let things go a bit or can not get staff. This was our last night on our self-catering road trip and the 10th motel, mostly family owned ones, we had stayed in on our journey. First impressions are gained at check-in and there was no warm welcome here, whatsoever. Except for the city of Bendigo, the Wanderlight Motor Inn had the most expensive tariff of the other eight. Customer service goes a long way in this industry and I will definitely be trying out a different motel when next visiting Mudgee."

"Olin Glass Studio West. Yksi fantastinen paikkoja olen jokainen ole jäänyt. Lisää niin, että meillä oli paikka itsellemme. Idyllinen sijainti kaiken asetettu. Smart TV, joka on todella fiksu!! Voisi kulkea kuin B&B. Vain valitus olisi ison likainen tie päästä paikkaan. Jäisi varmasti täällä uudelleen ja on jo suositellut perheelle ja ystäville."

"The service from the bar girls was very friendly. I ordered lambs fry and hubby had the halloumi kebabs. The kebabs were fine but the lambs fry was a little dry. Very substantial meals for lunch specials. Friendly atmosphere and a good choice of tables. Ours had a church pew."

"Our Glenayr farm glamping experience was magic. We had nibblies while watching the stunning sunset at the dam. 3 kangaroos, bunnies and swallows joined us. The tent accomodation was so clean, comfortable and warm. The shared amenities had everything you need for entertainment, cooking and relaxing. Location was handy to Mudgee and we loved the drive to Rylstone. Rachel so helpful when answering our questions. 5 Stars Glenayr Farm !!!"

The hosts Karen and Sean are very friendly and make you feel right at home, offering great tips on local spots to visit. Breakfast is delicious with tasty, fresh options and afternoon tea is not to be missed. We also had an evening meal on the Saturday night which was five stars. Mudgee Homestead is a fantastic choice for a peaceful break or to explore the Mudgee area. You'll love the comfort, beauty, and welcoming hosts. Our only complaint was only having one slice of Karen’s apple pie which was delicious! We hope to return soon."

Ruoka koostui Chef erikoistuotteista, mukaan lukien paikallisesti lähtevien tuotteiden lasti, viini- ja juomaluettelo myös kuvastanut paikallisia viinitiloja ja juomatehtaita. Karen oli ehdottoman iloinen yhdessä hänen ystävällinen henkilöstö, tämä on piilotettu gem keskellä ihana kaupunki. John & Colleen, Canberra."
