The breakfast is horrible. The coffee and hot chocolate have no taste at all. The music is so loud all day and night long. Never again!

Çok bakımsız bir otel. Just arrived home from the most amazing holiday cannot fault the hotel all staff amazing the animation team were the highlight Dadou ,Micheal , Karlos and Joe what amazing people you are so friendly and kind made our holiday so special lovely bar staff and waiters the outdoor waiter Taher so happy and friendly. Cannot fault the rooms the cleaning ladies were amazing. We came as two families and had such a special holiday cannot wait to return

Merci à toute l'équipe d'animation pour leur énergie et leur bonne humeur, matin et soir, qui ont rendu notre séjour vraiment agréable et dynamique. Un grand merci également au kids club pour l'accueil chaleureux et les activités proposées, un coup de chapeau tout particulier à Dadou et Pika qui ont su captiver et émerveiller nos enfants avec tant de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Grâce à vous, petits et grands ont passé des moments inoubliables. Bravo et merci pour votre dévouement !

After our first day problems, not the fault of the hotel, we are very happy with the hotels facilities. The pool areas and dining areas are very pleasant and relaxing. The food for breakfast and dinner is varied with a wide choice. You have to be a very fussy eater not to find something to eat. The staff are helpful and efficient for a very busy hotel. I find the area quiet but the beach is a bonus with soft sand. Definitely improved from day one.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the waiting staff and those who organised the entertainment. Our waiter, Mohammed Ali, was excellent, very attentive and kind and friendly with our small children. We really appreciated the time and effort he put into taking care of us each day in the restaurant. The bedroom was a little bit tired but the rest of the facilities were excellent and the kids loved the pools and the friends they made around the hotel. Very safe and welcoming environment.
