"This place was such a pleasant surprise! The only place I have ever visited that looks and feels so much more than its photos! I arrived so late at night I could not see the surrounds! When I arrived in darkness I could see beauty! When I woke in the morning I was blown away! The breakfast options were wide and the delivery and taste was so nice! The coffee house does real coffee?! So tasty and the service is so kind and authentic! Then I ordered a massage! Oh my! The lady that came to my room was such a brilliant practicioner! I invited her back for the next day! My only regret was that I did not have her for all my nights I stayed! This is a win! Do not miss this place with such lovely honest staff! I even dropped 2 x 500,000 dong notes when I was settling and the man came and returned it to me! I was so shocked I gave him 500,000 to say thank you! Thank you for such a beautiful stay"

"The stay was pleasent. It does show a luggage storage online but there was none present. However we could leave our luggage at the reception. But sometimes there was no one present. Location is very convenient next to ancient center of Ninh Binh. Room is nice, but the drain of shower is not working properly. Meaning whole bathroom was full of water after showering."

Vaikka täällä on niin paljon hyviä osia, paras osa tästä paikasta on STAFF. Alex ja Haa ja muut tunsivat perheen, jäimme 5 päivää ja oli surullinen lähteä!"

"First of all, the place is overated. The fact is, it is a rather ordinary homestay with obvious shortcomings. I was given a very rusty key and the main door's lock doesn't function properly. The toilet seat is broken. The breakfast is mediocre, with only one food item and a drink and no fruits. The perfume smell in the room, and the bed is overwhelming. Last but not least, the owner wasn't very honest. I booked a ”private taxi” to Hanoi airport for 400K VND. On the day of the departure, there was another person with 2 kids in the car. The room is overpriced compared to similar or even better homestays in the area. So, poor value for money in my opinion."

"After four days in Ha Giang, we really needed a comfortable bed, and this place delivered. The room was spacious, the bathroom had good ventilation and strong water pressure, and everything felt clean and easy. The location is very convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to Hoa Lu Old Town. You can also rent a bike easily and spend the day around Tam Coc. Breakfast was very nice. You can choose Vietnamese or Western options. We had pho on the first day and bún chả on the second, both tasty. Thank you for a great stay!"

the most wonderful accommodation that envelops you in the local ecosystem. one of the two large windows in my room faced a large pond which really made me feel at peace. the host couple is kind, warm, and attentive. As someone with high standards for cleanliness I can say that the cabins are not only new but very well-cleaned, including the bathroom. also I love that they set up a floor seating spot in the room I love laying on the floor. when I got sick the hosts took good care of me and the room with its large windows and beautiful view was the best place to be stuck inside in.

Тихое место со своим садом и бассейном. Заезд из переулка или со стороны реки. Территория стильно оформлена, с душой. Просторные комнаты с хорошим душем. Есть прокат мопедов и велосипедов. Вкусные завтраки с возможностью выбора блюд. Хозяйка внимательная и тактичная. По всем вопросам поможет и расскажет. Единственный минус - в деревянном помещении хорошая слышимость. Но соседи были тихими и не мешали спать.

My transportation was arranged by the homestay and the journey was not ideal but that's not something they could control. Just setting the scene for how things started. When I got there about 22:30 , the host was SO lovely. Just directed me to my room, helped with my case and took a quick photo of the passport for check in. He informed me he can give me any guide details or information I need in the morning. He took my breakfast order as well.I couldn't be more glad because I did not have the energy to retain any information. Woke up to gorgeous views. I booked the mountain view and glad to see it when I woke up. As of course I only saw the pool at night. The food is SO GOOD. Rich broth and the banana pancakes were also nice with banana bits in it. I don't usually have breakfast so I didn't ever eat all my meal. Large portions also. The host checked on me via message to make sure I did like the meals or if I would like something else. Kind of them to notice. Short cycle ride to Mua mountain which I get from the homestay. They're absolutely lovely and would definitely stay away. Warm and welcoming.

This was such a lovely and calm hotel near Hang Mua Mountain, perfectly situated between Tam Coc and Trang An. You were given a bicycle for free or could rent a motorcycle for 150.000VND per day. The hosts and the hotel owner was extremely friendly and took the time to explain where everything was and made sure you had everything you needed. I could not recommend this hotel more in Ninh Binh!

Olin hyvin onnekas jäädä tänne minun Ninh Binh oleskelu. Huoneet ovat hyvin mukavia, ylellisyydessä iso ja hyvin puhdas. Aamiainen on à la carte ja iso. Henkilökunta on niin ystävällinen ja apua. (Olin jättänyt lautaseni siellä ja he järjestivät sen saapua minulle alle 24h Hue!) Sijainti oli mukava, vaikka mitään erityistä. Mutta joka tarvitsee erityistä, kun kaikki Ninh Binh on erityistä :) Super huutaa Anh, Vi ja heidän toinen mies kollega, jonka nimeä en saanut. Anh meni ulos hänen tietä auttaa minua laittaa minun kaltaisiani. Ja Vi oli aina ystävällinen ja apukas, yksi askel eteenpäin :) Et pettyisi varaamalla Greenary Garden.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better. Two things to mention. If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains! Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit. The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle. We loved our stay. We would stay again if we visited!

Where Hospitality Still Means Something. From the moment we arrived, this hotel got it right. A warm welcome, fast check-in, and staff who actually help with your bags — a rare combo these days. To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book. After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight. The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂). We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

I had a great stay here. Bed was okay. You just gotta find the comfortable spots. Some spots are slightly uncomfortable. Its very clean all around. The food is good, but slightly limited. They provide free bikes, but 80% of the them are dangerous and fall apart midway your trip. This has caused me multiple inconveniences. Upon such situation they apologized sincerely and requested to come pick me up. They should replace the bikes for a better and safer experiences. The bathroom has an interesting mountain view from it’s back. The area is beautiful. The weekdays are great value. On weekends their prices almost double and for that price I would recommend anyone to stay somewhere else to save up to 50% of your money

Hotel located at a strategic location near the bus station. The owner is very friendly and we rented a motorbike from him. Sound proof is not the best but this was also due to us having a noisy neighbour on the night of stay.
