"My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. "Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended."

"Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet."
