Vuoristonäköala Hotels in Ostallgäu

We wrote an email direct to the hotel & asked for a room with a direct view to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The hotel has upgraded us to the best room with a direct view to the castle, it was a suite! It’s definitely the best room available.  The Reception Lady is very friendly and helpful.  However the room amenities are very poor except liquid bath soap no others are provided ( no shampoo, no body cream, no shower caps etc ). We received welcome drinks vouchers but it can only be redeemed between 18:00 - 20:00, no soft drinks, no coffee, no beers! I assume, it’s a pitfall so the guests would have dinner at the same time.

Great n helpful staff , they helped making our journey easier , greeted us with a genuine smile and happy to help :) , would definitely love to go back again.
