"We traveled from Long Beach California once we arrived at the property, we got a phone call of a funeral family member I started to the receptionist we were going to stay for one night. It was 9 hour drive and we needed to rest and i have two kids with us. I was told there was no manager or supervisor at he property to approve the cancelation for the next two nights hopefully by the next day a manager might come over. the next day before 11am check out time went back to reception to see the manager. There was no manager, the guy at the receptionist was very rude and stated well you stayed over there is no refund neither for the deposit. I started to him there is a notification stating a cancelation day or if no show up there was going to be a charge for one night/day and refund the rest of the reservation. I had a very very bad experience and until now I have not received my refund."

"It's near Mountain View, and there's a small Mexican shop next door where you can buy related items. Room 201, which is closer to the road, has the sound of the highway. If you have any requests, you can ask the manager not to stay in room 201. I stayed for four days, and on the last day, the toilet got clogged and wouldn't flush. It took a long time to unclog it. Overall, the room was clean. Breakfast was normal, with ham and fried eggs. The cheese bread was good. Coffee was plentiful during breakfast hours, and you could also get takeout."

"Parking is very convenient, with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel's surroundings are nice, the rooms are spacious, there is a bar in the lobby on the first floor, and there will be performances. The dining is also unique. Recommended!"

Would love to come back again, and wish there were more in other areas. Hopefully closer to palo alto where most of my meetings take place.
