Light and spacious, this executive studio has it all! offering stylish and easy living. Based in central Mt Maunganui, we are a 6 minute stroll to the surf beach and Tay Street Cafe or a 5 minute walk to Blake Park. Suitable for couples. There is off-street parking, great Wifi and it has its own separate entrance. Located under the owners residence at the back of the property, it is quiet, private and comfortable. A great spot to stay and enjoy the best of the Bay of Plenty! This is a smoke and vape free property. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to here as it is central to Mt Maunganui area and is in a secluded spot so no Road noise. A ideal place to just chill out. We hope to visit again at the end of January 2026.

Quiet central Mt Maunganui getaway. A short drive from the Airport and the main beach and down the road is Bayfair shopping Centre which has every imginable shop to wander through. In the opposite direction is Mt Maunganui with its shops and various eating establishments where all tastes are catered for. Thus it was a ideal place for us oldies to have a timeout weekend.
