Good hospitality specially restaurant and cleaning staff are very polite .place is full of nature so I loved it to stay.one drawback wifi was not connected first day maybe because of some reason.if I will be back I will select the same if they are giving us complementary discount.

The food is extremely overpriced, and the service is unreasonably slow, causing frustration. Basic items, such as a bottle of water, are sold at an inflated price of around ₹150, which feels excessive. The overall experience is disappointing, as the high costs and delays make it difficult to enjoy the meal. Customers expect better value and prompt service, especially when paying such steep prices. Unfortunately, the combination of expensive food, slow service, and overcharged essentials leaves much to be desired. A focus on improving service efficiency and offering fair pricing would greatly enhance the dining experience. For now, the high costs and poor service make it hard to justify choosing this place over more reasonably priced alternatives.

Stay was good, hotel service was good, property condition is not very good it need maintenance, they should provide separate heater in the room.

Good resort i enjoyed here while staying it’s a place to visit the food was awesome the stay was comfortable i had no trouble in anything thanks to them

Worst experience ever !! Very misbehaving and un polite staff !! Food was worst very stale decayed rotten and spoiled!! The manager and senior staffs had also misbehaved abused and were tend to beat me brutally!!!! The timing they have given for their restaurant is 24/7 in room dining, but they have written in the menu that it will be open till 3 AM. I have placed an order at 2 o’clock in night, so they refused for it. There was no bell outside the room, so all the staff everybody including the room service whether it is housekeeping or manager or anybody they used to knock the door in the very bad manner. Actually, all of them were not knocking the door, but they are beating the door, very hard and loud !!! My stay experience was so worse that it is total waste of money total waste of money. I would not recommend anybody any tourist to stay in Kama Rajputana resort in Mount Abu ever weather, they are not finding any room or any availability in whole Mount Abu. so please, it’s my suggestion and humble request that Please change your dates but don’t plan to stay in that resort !!!! Actually, it is not resort but it is hell, just like hell in the heaven Mount Abu.
