El trato y profesionalidad del personal (Cristina, Rosario, Ana, Juanjo, Paula....). La habitación amplia y muy buena limpieza. Instalaciones muy buenas y cuidadas. Sin duda un buen hotel de playa o para un fin de semana tranquilo en familia

Really lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Great big rooms with stunning sea views. Lovely indoor pool and jacuzzi although it is a bit tired looking. Could probably do with a coat of paint. There are 2 restaurants right in front of the hotel and it is about a 50 minute pleasant walk into the town of Motril. The restaurant is lovely, however the food is cold. Even though there are heat lamps it was all cold and there was no microwave. We did notice that at 915 they stopped bringing out fresh dishes. The fresh cooked area is small but there were was a variety of things you could have. The only problem is it is not constantly manned neither at dinner or at breakfast. It could do with a buzzer you can press. Breakfast, lots of variety but again cold. Although this time there was a microwave. Unfortunately our ac wasn't working and the room reached 28° but the bed was huge and super comfy. I'd stay again for sure but only bed and breakfast. In all a great hotel, well positioned and very comfortable.

Poor service How can anyone enjoy a stay when on arrival being told that check in is at 3pm, especially after letting them know that we would be arriving early and they acknowledged that? This from a 4 star hotel! Upon complaining they use the feable excuse that checkout is at noon, as if they need to clean all the rooms, after noon, and let everyone one in at 3pm. Absurd, especially in the low season of mid-October and when group tours and business people leave early.
