房間超大超舒服，可以一家幾口同住一房，兩房間亦有四張床可以兩張榻榻米，如果多人住可以使用兩個洗手間及兩個浴室，樓下就有便利店，所以超方便購物，食早餐方面較前位置附近都有Starbucks同食早餐嘅地方，去水族館方向都是幾分鐘車程就到，只是check-in嘅時候需要聯絡客戶服務員攞一個登入嗎？才可以check-in這樣不是太過方便不過大致上手續都算簡易快捷。

The location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in. What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

This hotel had a self check-in counter and the check-in was pretty smooth. Room had an amazing view of the ocean, although the weather was a bit rainy when we stayed. Overall, great experience! There was a convenience store at the first floor of the hotel too, and it's a few minutes walk from a mall with food.

部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があり使わせてもらいました。おかげで帰ってからの洗濯もなくゆっくり過ごす事ができた。

空間很大，非常整潔 整體而言很不錯，小朋友非常喜歡。 空間很大，大到可以玩捉迷藏。 兩個家庭到沖繩玩，有兩個房間，兩個浴室，兩個廁所，很足夠。非常舒服。

가족들이 대만족이었어요. 체크인시 아이디가 인포메이션과 달리 사전에 제공되지않아 불편했습니다. 그 외 숙소 청결상태나 시설은 아주 훌륭했습니다. 가족여행으로 최고입니다.

Grand Hotels!!! 2023/2/8入住，2023/2/9退房，房間溫暖且面積超大，乾溼分離式浴室也很乾淨，還有洗衣機與烘衣機設備。對外窗戶正面對海洋，景色炸美。前往美麗海水族館非常方便，1樓為Family Mart，附近還有Starbucks等各種用餐點。整體而言，超級推薦！

非常棒的住宿 非常喜歡公寓式飯店，超級乾淨很舒服環境很好空間很大，唯一的小的缺點是煮麵的鍋子有點小，以及煮水有點不方便，其他一切都很美好！

체크인코드 미리 받아야해요 숙박일 24시간 이전에 체크인 코드 메일로 보내준다고 되있는데 아무것도 안와서 가족 데리고 도착했는데 처음에 당황스러웠습니다 안내된 호텔로 전화해서 받아서 입실했어요 무인시스템도 좋지만 대응해줄수 있는 상주 직원 1명도 없어서 타월 교체등등은 좀 불편했어요 그치만 리조트 시설과 편리함 1층 퍈의점은 진짜 좋았어요

Nice comfortable suite! It looks plain from outside but it’s a well furnished place inside! Very comfortable place! Extra bonus points for a Family Mart downstairs. Kota-san managing the front desk was a very humorous chap! Pillows were a tad hard though, and the self-check in might catch you a little off-guard. Also do note that there are roadworks happening across the front so it might be a little noisy if you’re sleeping in with the balcony doors open.

とても良かったです。コスパが良いと思い予約しましたが家族からはびっくりするくらい良いとの評価でした。 近くにお店もあり下にはコンビニもあり海も見えて良かったです。
