Golf courses and plenty of recreational activities near by. Breweries and wineries available in town. Deck with patio table and chairs to enjoy the evening on the lake. Great for sunrises on the deck. Not recomended for boats as it’s cut off from main lake by railroad tracks. We wanted to like this house but there were a few major things that we couldn't look past - not all of them being the host's fault. Cleanliness was terrible. There were cobwebs everywhere, literally. The thickness of layer of dust on the ceiling fans was gross. Not to anyone's fault but there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom that we notified the host about when we noticed it during our stay. The AC for some reason had turned off halfway through our weekend stay so it made the house terribly hot, but again, that was no one's fault, just an unfortunate event that piled on to the less than lovely experience that we had. Fair warning, there are cameras in the house that were undisclosed to us while we were there. This bothered me as a nursing mother who could have potentially given someone a show without knowing. I understand that you might need it for unruly houseguests but I would have appreciated a heads up. Otherwise, the house was big enough for our large family vacation and was a great location, near a few community parks, close to grocery stores, a yummy donut shop, and a great water park that we went to while we were there.

Fun Stay
We brought our family up to Moses Lake. We had a great time. From the house, there is perfect access to the lake with a wonderful view. If you’re a bird watcher, this is the place to be. The house maintains a lot of condiments, games and many pots, pans, dishes and glassware. On a hot day, their AC was efficient. Francisco is an excellent host. Thank you.

Fourth of July family reunion
The property was perfect for our family. The location was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. Property was so close to 4th of July activities you felt like you had a front row seat. We will definitely book this property again.
We had a little tricky time with the lock when we first arrived but the property owner was very quick to respond and help us right away.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Work Trip
Went to Moses Lake to work for a few days with my crew.
This house was in a good location and right on the lake.
The listing stated there was a hot tub, however, no hot tub. This was a bit disappointing.
We had a slight problem with the hot water, but the property manager responded quickly and had it fixed before getting back to work.
This is an older home, but clean and lots of room for six of us to stay, cook and play card games in the evenings.

Beautiful property
The house was great and the view was great yard was very clean and awesome. It was too warm to have a fire outside and the weather was great which was helpful. We had the opportunity to watch the solstice moon rise Saturday evening, and it made it even more beautiful, I would ask if the next time happens and there are a multitude of guests that necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels are stocked up other than that it was awesome. Thank you so so much.

Family Hotel - Lake House - Great Location
We stayed here with 2 families and my parents. The house was spacious enough for us. The vote was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to go with the food we brought. It was a pleasure to stay. The host was kind and prepared. Quiet neighborhood on the lake not far from the park and other necessities. We had a larger family reunion at the park and several additional guest family members stopped by during the day for meals and visiting.

Family Fantastic
LOTS of room! Right on the water with a beautiful view. We had 10 people with children and we had a great time. We will stay here again on our next visit.
