The hotel lives up to the reviews, The staff we warm and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot breakfast was loaded with real eggs and tons of bacon. Definitely a hotel to visit if you’re in the Atlanta area.

This hotel wasn’t terrible for the price. The bathroom could have been cleaner…there was hair in the tub, which was gross. The bed were fairly comfy and the sheets seemed clean. The carpet has seen better days. I thought the breakfast was decent. Eggs were good…get sausage at the bottom of the pan because it dries out on top. The coffee was ok too.

It was like the country Inn & suites that I normal stay in. The room had a odor, the fridge did not work. The supplies was not at parted. I had to ask several times for a do not disturb sign. The drink machine takes your money.

The room was okay. The breakfast area not so great, including dirty tables and a broken coffee machine and stale breads. Also, the indoor swimming pool has been closed for our last two visits - 6 months apart. The fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. The explanation was “malfunction.” We’re looking elsewhere.

Big sign on front door: lock your car, hide your valuables. This should have been a clue. If it hadn't been after pre-pay refund time, we would not have stayed. Desk clerk acted like we were interrupting her busy schedule, and couldn't wait to be done with us. Entry area and lobby were dirty, all the carpeting was worn, stained, and frayed. Elevator floors and door tracks were filthy. Room was the same. Bathroom floor was actually sticky...yuck! Three lamps in the room, 1 actually worked. Only 1 coffee packet, even though they knew we were booked as a couple. Afraid to try any of the other amenities. Best of all: the complementary breakfast was a brown bag with a small bottle of water, a granola bar, chocolate chip muffin, and a honey bun. Yummy, and great for any ones' health. We couldn't wait to leave.

no breakfast offered after stating on ad there was. the reservati9on said there was to a hot breakfast and all that was offered on ONE DAY of a two day stay was a bag of junk. I will not stay at this particular motel ever again.

At check in, the Front Desk Clerk was unpleasant and seemed bothered that we were there. We were given a room on a high floor away from the elevators, even though we had a small dog that needed to go out. The pool was closed and appeared to have been closed for quite some time. The vending machines were either empty or not operational. There was no breakfast the morning we checked out.

I have stayed any many Country Inns & Suites. They have always been clean, fresh and in good condition. This place was in bad condition. Side entry door was beat up and nasty looking. Carpet was old and smelly. Had to change rooms twice. Not lamp bulb in 1st room. No heat in second room. Elevator was dirty and smelled bad. Part of the push button panel was falling off. THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE REMODELED OR DEMOLISHED.

King size room dirty. Floor not vacuumed. Bathroom had someone else's hair on floor. The sheets on the bed were stained. Even as I had made a reservation, they did not tell me the pool was closed. The bag breakfast was never available. We asked for AARP discount and we were told by the clerk "I already pushed the button and it's only a $4 discount anyway. I'll give you the better room". OMG if that was the better room. She simply didn't was to re-enter the data. We were on the road driving and got in late. We were so tired we just slept and got the heck out of there in the morning as soon as possible. Never got an E-mail receipt even though we asked for one.
