We paid and booked for all inclusive, and feel this is not what we are receiving at this hotel and that Easyjet should reconsider listing this one and consider compensating us for the lack of facilities actually availble, forcing us to eat out every breakfast, lunch and evening meal for a week! The menu is the same every day and just disgusting. The hotel does not provide tea or coffee facilities or supplies in their rooms, despite being all inclusive. The hotels food selection is shocking and extremely bland and badly prepared, the only way to describe the menu is the "bare minimum". for 2 hours 4-6pm they offer "bar snacks" which consists of the cold meat and cheese leftovers from lunch 2 hours earlier every single day! This hotel is extremely dated and the rooms do not have any ventillation unless you rent a fan from them at 2.50€ per day! The showers are shocking and barely usuable without flooding the bathroom. For a hotel that is supposed to be all inclusive on drinks they only offer a set 1 cocktail each day, where you cant request anything different at all unless you pay for it! you also cannot get drinks at breakfast other than the basics. Throughout our stay, building work has been taking place every day at the hotel next to our bedroom window making rest almost impossible.
