Net als vorige bezoeken eenvoudig maar schoon en vriendelijk personeel Ontbijt en andere eten prima in orde. Elke dag word er schoongemaakt en handdoeken verwisseld. Drank keuze voor all inclusief is ruim en ze zijn zeker niet zuinig. Lekkere cappuccino

Atención llegada pésima, información ninguna,todo incluido vevidas malas , comidas como un horario normal de otros hoteles muy repetitiva y poca variedad. Al día siguiente de la entrada no tienes limpieza, ni el día antes de salir ,aunque estés una semana. Pero eso si te cobran los 7 días enteros

Nuestra compañera de recepción, Yanira, muy atenta al recibirnos y orientarnos en que cosas hacer y ver en la isla. Muy agradable y servicial. También mencionar a nuestro compi del bar, mi paisano. Buen trato y buen servicio. En la habitación nos cambiaron las toallas casi todos los días y eso se agradece, al igual que las camas, las hizo todos los días la compi de pisos. Del buffet no puedo hablar porque comimos fuera la mayoría del tiempo, pero los desayunos estaban bastante bien. En general es muy agradable y muy tranquila la estancia.

Where do I start…This hotel is quite literally abysmal. 100% the worst place I’ve ever stayed. To begin, the room was very unclean, dirty floors, beds, and no safe. We asked multiple times to have the room cleaned, and our bed changed, it never happened. We had to repeatedly ask for toilet roll and fresh towels and it took days for us to receive them. There’s no air conditioning but you can hire a small plug in fan for 15 Euros, and the blinds were broken and didn’t close. The floors of the room were sticky as well. Here comes the worst part, the food. I come away from this holiday was food poisoning with how bad the food was. Absolutely no option and was not cooked properly. So bland and not enjoyable AT ALL! We went all inclusive and ended up going out for food every night! There are hardly any food options around, and not many supermarkets. Only good thing is the beach being across the road. Similarly, the pools atmosphere was hostile and uninviting. There were minimal sun loungers and there was also hair in the pool. There was a gravel wall behind some of the sun loungers that kept dropping rocks & gravel onto sun beds. The bar didn’t have a menu and it was very difficult to order drinks. Defo would not recommend to anyone!!!

The staff were very nice and friendly, even though there was a language barrier, we were able to communicate! Our apartment was comfortable as well, we enjoyed sitting out on our private terrace and having drinks by the pool. Being inclusive meant we could have unlimited drinks, which we enjoyed. It was nice being so close to the beach. There were a few issues to address, which did make the holiday a bit difficult. Firstly,we had no air conditioning in the bedroom and being on the ground floor near the reception, it was noisy to open the window,with people talking loudly. This resulted in one of us sleeping on the sofa , under the air conditioning unit. Secondly, we were confused with the food. Sometimes it was great, other times it was cold as there are no proper hot plates under the food. Also we were surprised how rude some guests, who are older than us, push their way into the line while we were waiting to serve ourselves. We were also expecting snacks to be served, but really it was just a box in the afternoon with little pastries, and not really advertised either. It would be nice to have a larger variety of snacks and in some more obvious places, such as the dining room or hotel lobby? Something in the evening would be good as it is a long time between dinner and breakfast, we ended up going to the supermarket for our own snacks. In all, the hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly and great to have laundry facilities for just one euro to wash and dry, but there are a few details which did bring it down a bit.
