O que dizer deste hotel Hotel blusea jándia luz Quando chegamos somos surpreendidos com quatros extremamente quentes e sem ar condicionado é muito mau em 2025 um hotel num destino de calor e praia sem ar condicionado no quatro Quando fomos a recepção questionar porque nosso quatro não tinha ar condicionado foi nos dito que em todo hotel só uma pequena percentagem de quatros cerca de 5% dos quatros do hotel tem ar condicionado Perguntei na recepção se teria de pagar mais para me mudarem para quarto com ar condicionado Disseram que não se tem de pagar mais mas quatros estavam cheios e vão ocupando quartos conforme vão instalando hóspedes Pedi então para quando saísse alguém e ficasse quatro com ar condicionado livre para me mudarem visto que minha esposa estava doente com febre e sendo o quatro muito muito quente durante a noite era impossível febre baixar . Disseram que iam tentar A verdade é que todos os dias foram saindo pessoas que estavam nos quartos sem ar condicionado e nunca ninguém que trabalha nesse hotel se dispôs a nós colocar num quarto com ar condicionado mesmo tendo já saído alguns hóspedes e esses quatros ficarem livres . Funcionários da recepção prestam um péssimo serviço Arrogantes e não se dispões ajudar hóspedes Animação do hotel praticamente não existe em sete dias dois dias apenas de animação e muito fraca Nunca estive em hotel com animação tão má Por isso fujam deste hotel se querem ter férias com noites descansadas e bem dormidas . ​Hotel Blusea Jandia Luz ​Cuando llegamos, nos sorprendimos con unas habitaciones extremadamente calurosas y sin aire acondicionado. Es muy malo que en 2025, un hotel en un destino de calor y playa no tenga aire acondicionado en la habitación. ​Cuando fuimos a la recepción a preguntar por qué nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, nos dijeron que en todo el hotel solo un pequeño porcentaje de habitaciones, cerca del 5%, tienen aire acondicionado. ​Pregunté en recepción si tendría que pagar más para que me cambiaran a una habitación con aire acondicionado. Me dijeron que no se tiene que pagar más, pero que las habitaciones estaban llenas y se van ocupando a medida que los huéspedes se instalan. ​Pedí entonces que, cuando alguien se fuera y una habitación con aire acondicionado quedara libre, nos cambiaran, ya que mi esposa estaba enferma con fiebre y, siendo la habitación muy, muy calurosa durante la noche, era imposible que la fiebre bajara. Me dijeron que lo intentarían. ​La verdad es que cada día se fueron yendo personas que estaban en habitaciones sin aire acondicionado y nunca nadie que trabaja en ese hotel se dispuso a ponernos en una habitación con aire acondicionado, incluso habiendo salido ya algunos huéspedes y quedando esas habitaciones libres. ​Los empleados de la recepción prestan un pésimo servicio. Son arrogantes y no se disponen a ayudar a los huéspedes. ​La animación del hotel prácticamente no existe. En siete días, solo dos días de ani

Todo muy bien. Estancia muy agradable, con servicio de comedor muy bueno, y personal muy profesional y amable. Piscina con hamacas suficientes para todos los clientes.

⸻ We just returned from our trip and overall had a great stay. The hotel is a bit dated and there’s no air conditioning, but the rooms were very clean, which was the most important thing for us. Since we’re usually out all day on holidays, this wasn’t an issue.The biggest plus was the location – just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. You can rent sun loungers with an umbrella for €15 per day, and the ocean was both warm and stunning, so we spent most of our time there..The food was amazing, especially for the price we paid. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Just remember, you get what you pay for, and in this case it was excellent value

La nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Fin dall'arrivo, abbiamo riscontrato una serie di problemi che hanno compromesso il soggiorno. Il personale non si è distinto per cordialità, e ogni richiesta sembrava quasi un disturbo. La stanza presentava diversi difetti: la porta si apriva solo a metà perché sfregava contro il pavimento, e il lettore della tessera per attivare la corrente era instabile e sembrava sul punto di staccarsi. Inoltre, l’assenza dell’aria condizionata ha reso il soggiorno davvero faticoso, soprattutto durante le notti particolarmente calde. Solo gli ultimi due giorni abbiamo intravisto un ventilatore e abbiamo chiesto e per €2,50 a notte era possibile noleggiarlo. In sei giorni, la camera non è stata pulita per ben due volte. Dopo averlo segnalato in reception, ci è stato semplicemente detto "domani verrà pulita", senza alcuna scusa o spiegazione. Quando finalmente sono venuti a sistemarla, si sono dimenticati di lasciare i teli puliti. Anche sul fronte della ristorazione, l'offerta è stata deludente: poca varietà, piatti ripetitivi e mai qualcosa che si potesse definire davvero buono. L'acqua ai pasti era imbevibile, sapeva di rubinetto. La tessera per l’accesso alla stanza si è smagnetizzata più volte, costringendoci a tornare in reception ben quattro volte durante la settimana. La piscina non sembrava mai del tutto pulita, l'acqua era opaca. Infine, la sera era un mortorio, ogni tanto qualcuno che cantava qualche canzone ma neanche tutte le sere. Nel complesso, un soggiorno pieno di disagi e disattenzioni che non consiglierei. Salvo solo l'open bar, dove abbiamo trovato dei ragazzi gentili e disponibili, e la posizione, vicino alla spiaggia e parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile.

Where do I begin after returning less than 24 hours from this hotel... The rooms are a of good size and basic and are fit for every purpose necessary however we had trouble with getting access to our room numerous times! One time we do believe the door had been tampered with as the plastic was smashed all over the floor meaning we had to leave our room unlocked all night and day while for it be repaired with all our belongings in the room, Key card had to be reset numerous times and we found this a common issue with everyone! Cleaned once in a whole week! No towels replaced until I went reception to request clean towels! I booked the holiday through love holidays they were advertising air conditioning ( I have screenshot proof) the rooms Do NOT have air conditioning they charge you €2.50 per night none refundable for fans that are about as much use as someone blowing on you all night. The fact they don't refund you the deposit money is disgusting in my personal opinion. The service that we received in this hotel was terrible expect from one young receptionist Noah and a barman I didn't manage grab his name and the entertainment man! They were far too good for this hotel! Everyone else was rude not interested in what you had to say at point I got told to be quiet for laughing at the bar with a fellow British man which completely stunned me been told to be quiet on my holiday is disgusting by a female member of staff behind the pool bar! The kids are not allowed floats and balls in the pool due to previous guest complaints which after speaking to the friendly members of staff they agreed with myself it's a joke! Now the positive thank god for the good location it saved our holiday we were able to find great food local and things to do and walk it really did save our holiday highly recommend the Dock Grill and the Waikiki on the beach front! I definitely will not be returning to this hotel they do not cater for English they aren't interested in the English and you are the minority so if you English I would highly not recommend this hotel!

Week with all the kids 3 apartments booked all round the pool. food was great all inclusive, snacks were quickly taken at the pool by guests but breakfast lunch and dinner i personally thought was great and more than enough. apartments were basic but had enough for our needs, no fans or ac but you could rent a fan lol so were very warm at night noticed other apartments in the complex had ac just not ours around the pool. The pool was adequate in size as the beach was literally 2mins walk but the pool shut at 6pm and the kids thought this was too early and so did the adults. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Didn't see any english for like 3 days which was great as we've stayed further north and its full of english so this was a nice change. The beaches were superb and if you go for a walk south you come to rocks etc and a lot more fish to swim with. Kids loved snorkeling and playing in the sand. Overall great place to stay for a beach holiday. !!!!
