I felt the need to write this review on our second day here. I was really worried that the quality of food would be poor having read some of the previous reviews, but having enjoyed 2 days of meals here, I'm really wondering what the other reviewers found issue with? We have found the food spotlessly clean, plentiful and a great choice, even when shot staffed over Easter. Unless you want burger, pizza and chips all day long, then you will not be disappointed.. Staff all seem very friendly and courteous and I like the layout of the hotel. Sadly our room is limited in so far as that our balcony/terrace just looks onto the main walkway, but there's a nice searing area in the sun, adjacent to it. Hotel is really well placed for beach and surrounding bars, shops and restaurants.

Hôtel situé en plein centre ville de Morro Jable, grand, avec de belles chambres, large choix d'activités, piscine très froide par contre et celle pour les petits aussi, piscine intérieure chauffée uniquement pour les adultes, solarium avec jacuzzi, roof top, bar et très bon accueil, animations à 200% avec Léni the BEST des animateurs !!!! Les enfants (2 et 8 ans) se sont vraiment bien amusés même au mini club ! Quel chouette souvenir des soirées proposées ! Un petit bémol sur les repas trop répétitifs et trop anglais pour le sucré...

I like my stay in Fergus Cactus Garden hotel very much. Especially I am very satisfied by fantastic people who work here and care about us - women cleaning up our room, restaurant Staff. The most I liked Mirella who is a waitress in the restaurant and Leni who organized our time. They are very kind, helpful and always smiling. I truly recommend this hotel.😀

Sitio muy tranquilo, hotel familiar muy bien ubicado, limpio y cerca de la playa y tiendas. Estuvimos 6 dias alojados en Habitacion con balcon : excelente. Todo el personal muy agradable, siempre atentos a las necesidades del Cliente, mencion especial : Marcos, de hosteleria. Por poner una pega, faltaria un poco de variedad a la hora de comer, pero para unos dias, está bien. En cuanto podamos, volvemos!

I'm very satisfied, I've had a wonderful time in Fergus Cactus Hotel. The atmosphere here is very good. All the staff are very nice and helpfull and keep smiling all the time, especially: Leni and Mirella and Adrian 😁. The food is fresh and tasty. Rooms are big and beds convenient. Perfect place for relax and spending nice time with friends and family.

Super udany pobyt!!! Pozdrowienia dla animatora Lennego. Załoga gastronomiczna pomocna i miła. Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu, jedzenie urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki zmieniane. Bardzo dobry Rummiel. Polecamy!!!

Had hoped reviews of food were wrong. They were not. Food was just awful. Same every lunch and dinner, low quality meat I was nearly sick on. If you stay, be prepared to pay extra to eat out - we had to, which as a family of 5 was not cheap. Supermarket was handy too. Hotel fine otherwise, but food really put us off. Kids got bored as not much to do.

Don’t pay attention to the comments saying the hotel is run-down — a bit of peeling paint on a wall doesn’t compare to the friendly atmosphere, the caring staff, and the excellent food. If someone is bothered by a slight touch of age in this hotel, they must be petty. After all, we come to a hotel to have a good time, not to meticulously inspect the quality of the construction work. One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited — I recommend it to everyone. The food is delicious, with themed dinners every evening, and it’s not just a name — you can truly feel the Mexican, Asian, or Italian vibe on your plate. If there had been a Polish cuisine day, we’d probably have had bigos like grandma’s and pierogi that tasted homemade. The lunches were amazing — seafood paella, dishes full of local flavors and aromas. Breakfasts were great too, and you can enjoy them outside while soaking in the view of the surrounding mountains. Once again, fantastic location, close to the promenade and a beautiful beach. The hotel is a great starting point to explore the entire island. And the crème de la crème of the hotel — the phenomenal entertainer, Lenny. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to their work and with such a great approach to kids. If more people were like him in their fields, the world would be a better place. The fact that this is the first time in my life I’ve ever written a review for a hotel says it all. More places like this, please!

ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Leni es un gran animador y hace que las vacaciones sean geniales. La piscina impecable, el karaoke increible me encanto porque me dejo cantar dos canciones y el micrfono funcionaba espectacular. Genial! Divino.

Scarsa pulizia aree comuni e camere e cibo scadente. Le camere hanno armadi con ante rotte e portabiti e mensole sfondate. La porta della camera non si chiudeva e i vetri del bagno sporchi. Scarsa attenzione alla pulizia e i letti vengono rifatti velocemente. Aspiratore del bagno non sembra funzionare. Il cibo e' di scarsa qualità, le tovagliette dove mangiare sono piene di briciole e sporche da chi è' passato prima ,così il pavimento. Frutta congelata e quella che costa meno. Verdura sembrava in scatola le carote sapevano di aceto e anche il resto era solo scelta tra quella di minor costo. Pomodori solo a colazione ma a cena nulla e nemmeno meloni o anguria. Colazione e pranzi e cene con cibo reciclato e cornetti e brioche del giorno prima. Pane surgelato e cotto dalla cucina. Spaghetti in bianco appoggiati in un piatto da condirsi con ketchup. I dolci sembrano realizzati solo con polverine e hanno coloranti fosforescenti. Alcune famiglie hanno acquistato la Nutella per far fare colazione ai bambini. Divise del personale poco curate.Personale non professionale.

Nous avons passé un séjour génial, l'hôtel est beau et très propre, les chambres spacieuses, très bien situés avec la plage à 5min à pied et pleins de magasins. Grand parking gratuit. Les repas sont très bons et tous les employés sont très gentils. Mention spéciale à Leni un animateur au top du top qui a été d'une gentillesse incroyable, mon fils était très content de l'avoir rencontré :)

El peor hotel que conozco de cuatro estrellas. Jamas volvere. El bufet. Vomitivo. La bebida o la pagas o de garrafa. La habitación con un olor insoportable. Los trabajadores excelentes menos uno. Nada recomendable. Estaba deseando abandonar el hotel

I rate my stay at this hotel very positively. Nice staff very nice, food very good, fantastic animations. Leni is great and Klara is at the reception. Our best town on the island of Morro JABLEEverywhere close and beautiful beach. Stay very successful
