Fergus Cactus Garden

Hôtel très propre avec piscine, spa et salle de fit sans parler des activités la journée ou le soir. Séjour très agréable les seules choses que j'ai à dire c'est que le spa et la salle de fit sont trop petites. De plus si on veut retourner au spa il faut payer 40€ et je trouve que vu l'espace qu'il y a ça ne vaut clairement pas la peine. Ensuite concernant la cuisine en règle générale je noterai un joli 7/10, là encore la bouffe est bonne mais les 2 points qui me font baisser la note est la diversité dans les desserts. Et pour finir j'ai rencontré 2 excellentes personnes qui s'appellent Patrizia et Leni, c'était exceptionnel, Patricia est là pour vous à chaque fois que vous avez besoin et Leni est un très grand personnage qui prend son travail avec ardeur et comédie, toujours souriant et aimable. Ça m'a fait un grand plaisir de les rencontrer.

Abbiamo avuto una seconda e fantastica vacanza soggiornando per due settimane al Fergus Cactus Garden. Hotel molto elegante, a pochi passi dal mare, dove siamo stati subito accolti alla reception da Ina, molto professionale e gentile. Il personale della reception, in particolare i signori Ina, Sebastian e Patrizia sono sempre disponibili alle nostre esigenze. Persone molto educate e professionali. La camera ampia, spaziosa e servizio pulizia impeccabile. Il panorama dal nono piano è imperdibile, la jacuzzi e l’area solarium un vero relax. Mille grazie a Lorenzo, il cuoco del ristorante, che prepara eccellenti menù, a base di pesce in quantità maggiore rispetto all’anno scorso. Ha dimostrato il suo grande impegno e professionalità anche nella cucina di carne e pizze. Ottimo e completo il servizio in sala pranzo e presso il bar delle piscine, un all-inclusive impeccabile. Abbiamo apprezzato così tanto la nostra vacanza che sicuramente prenoteremo un'altra vacanza al giardino dei cactus.

Review We stayed in Fergus cactus in late may for a week, me and my partner (27,31). I wanted to give a proper review of this place as I was looking before coming and only got bits and bobs from different people. Firstly on arrival we came late due to a delay, we were all inclusive. Patrica was very friendly and told us that,the hotel had left out a cold buffet for us to have so we didn’t go to bed hungry which I thought was so kind as not many places would have done this. We then joined the last hour of the entertainment which was karaoke and my partner loves it, but before we even sat down Leni the entertainer welcomed us with open arms and got my partner up to sing which was great. Entertainment throughout the whole holiday was great including day time games and evening games or live singers which were brilliant. But this would be nothing without Leni he runs it all on his own and does the most amazing job I’ve ever seen anyone do especially solo. Many people return just for him and we would be the same. The pool is a medium size with a kids pool beside it. But the main pool is not that deep. Only thing is as it got busier the sun beds were limited so you had to get them early and be sat on them. Level 6 was more sun beds but no pool only a small jacuzzi, the gym is very small also,was prepared to use it but not worth it to be honest, it needs updating. The bar staff are lovely especially marcos his there nearly every day all night too works very hard and is so friendly. There are certain drinks that are not included in all inclusive such as your named brand drinks and certain cocktails but if you have the local brand it’s fine. Also if you go to the rooftop bar you have to pay regardless, which I think is a rip off. The rooms are nice with great air con, kept clean everyday and made up by cleaners. But the walk in shower area is SO slippery my partner fell. Only downfall is the same mop is being used as the floors smell damp occasionally has dirt smear, also needs an extra pillow and a double bed not two singles. The pool area also needs to be bleached down everyday as people spilling drinks or smashing glasses it’s not been cleaned up properly which is dangerous especially with kids running around. The WiFi isn’t great, it’s very slow and doesn’t reach around the hotel properly as it drops in and out frequently. The food included is mediocre, breakfast is average Spanish spread hot food, cereals, fruit and breads. Lunch includes around the pool, burgers chips,hot dogs and toasties. Inside is cold meats salad and a hot counter choice which is different daily. Dinners, this is a different range every night but always is a salad bar, desserts, hot Mediterranean veg, pizza, oriental dishes different every night. Eg Italian, Indian, Mexican. I do find apart from the hot counter the food is very repetitive which towards the end of the holiday I didn’t want it anymore. If you’re a fussy eater you may struggle with what’s on offer or for kids too. O

Place seems to be run down and under staffed. Food was shocking as we not fish eaters not much of a selection of food in. Room we was in very poor deco We was all inc and had to pay for some of the cocktails and also had to pay for drinks at the sky bar Pool was nice and great get away from the heat

This was truly one of the best massages i have ever had. I feel so relaxed and its like im walking on clouds. This was just what was needed at the end of my holiday. Im now ready to face my dreaded reality of going home and getting back to work. Would 100% recommend

Location is amazing, rooms are big, friendly atmosphere, cleanliness should be better. Możliwość skorzystania ze strefy SPA, dodatkowo jacuzzi na 6 i 9 piętrze z widokiem na okoliczną plażę i latarnię. Rzut beretem do plaży, która zachwyca. Codzienne animacje przez Letniego, który jest do tej pracy stworzony. Posiłki regionalne, codziennie inna ryba, kilka razy kuchnie świata. Lokalizacja tego miejsca i klimat w nim panujący są chyba największym atutem.
