Very good experience , don’t expect too much in sides the room other than sleeping .. but they have number of pools ( swimming) and beach area, restaurants

Not Worth it.Needs improvement😔😔😔

Please don’t choose this resort . . . The place was DIRTY. . from the entry to the reception. . to the passage going to the rooms. Guests come from the beach without showering and directly goes to the pool area. When we arrived there were no staff cleaning the corridors for water and sand. Room is very sparse. Towels you need to request. Breakfast time is chaotic. Toilet door is almost dilapidated. The room is supposed to be “Premium” but there is absolutel nothing remotely in this room that is premium. Lessons learned for me not to trust in pictures. The eating area is literally at the beach fromt leaving very little beach sand to move around in. Everything in this place has to be paid for. We immediately left after checking in and looked for an alternative resort. Am glad of this decision. I paid substantially less for the same 4 pax room but is much cleaner, well appointed and much much quiter place with a much better beach. Although I paid for 2 nights at this resort for a room we didn’t sleep in and paid extra 2 nights for another, I would gladly do it all over again.

Amazing place

We booked this resort for 2 nights and three days but we only stayed for one night because of the typhoon and egay and habagat. We experienced heavy rain during our stay that’s why we decided to check out early. The view of the beach in front of the hotel is really nice as well as the infinity pool. They have total of 4 swimming pools. Their room was untidy, there’s a lot of ants on our headboard that’s why we removed it. The pillows are dirty and it looks old na. The ac was not cold and when i checked it, they don’t even clean the filter. There’s no TV. The bathroom was dirty as well, they don’t have heater, i noticed it night time na but they offered to change our room however, we refused because we’re about to leave the next day na and my son was sleeping already. The bathroom sink was really dirty. Di ako nakatulog ng maayos maybe because of the heavy rain dumagdag nalang ung dirty na bed. Also, going to the resort from main road kailangan mong dumaan sa gitna ng palayan which is maputik talaga. When it comes to their food not that delicious pero medyo expensive and their rice hindi po masarap sobra na disappoint ako kasi parang nfa :( siguro if you’re not sensitive when it comes to the bedroom ok ang place kasi maganda ang mga swimming pool and front beach sya. What i like in hotels kasi is clean dapat and mabango so medyo nadisappoint ako sa resort na to.

Let me start with, if you are not fuzzy and sensitive to bed set up, you'll be fine here. Miami Beach Resort's advantages are the pools and swimmable beach. The beach has gray sand but it is fine and not rocky. Few plastic cups and garbages on the sand but not so much. Kids enjoyed building sand castles. I like the beach because it goes chest deep of an average adult unlike the beaches in Calatagan and Laiya that are ankle high. The water is not itchy. No jelly fish and sea urchin so far. Early morning lots of vendors flock at the beach to sell souvenirs, taho, pearls, and dried fish. It was fine with us since it is supporting the local's livelihood. They are polite and not insistent too. The pools are strategically scattered across the resort. The staff were overwhelmed with the number of guests since it was holy week and super peak. Food at the resto took time to arrive and yes they are pricey. Free hot and cold water at the resto. Pack your noodles or 3in1 coffee. Chips and water are allowed but rice food and viand have corkage fee. We went out of the resort to scout other eating venues. Wifi is only available at the resto. I slipped on the tiles and had a minor accident but I was rushed to the nearest medical facility of the municipality. I sprained my wrist. The staff assisted me to the best that they can. They added nonslip matting after my incident. The beds in the loft room are foams on the floor with thin bed sheets and thin blankets. Points to improve on will be adding hooks and soap dish cranny at the room's bathroom. It was yucky to place your soap on a sandy bath floor. There are no hooks to hang your towel and dry clothes. I hope the management will heed these recommendations.

Very poor. Rooms gfirst given with toilet plate missing and no water. Too noisy in the dining . Executive room upgraded without toilet paper holder. No soap and shampoo holder. Room is too small. All surroundings is wet. Not recommended and very unsatisfactory review.

Rusty motel, charging hidden fees, toilet seat cover missing, doorknob can't hardly open. Charging 1,000 pesos each extra kid

everything in this hotel sucks, especially the owner and the staff. Staff needs to be trained in handling customers. Food is very expensive and not worth the price. Even the room itself. Poor hygiene. Staffs are not even wearing face masks (that's the least they can do this pandemic). NO checking of body temp upon check in.

we booked this hotel because it was a pet friendly property. The experience on our 3D2Nt stay was not pleasant at all. Here are the pros and cons of the property. PRO - beachfront property -pet friendly property CONS - food was ok but it was expensive. simple dishes ranges from 390 -700 and its just a small serving even for 2 people. -corkage fee is 300 per person and if you plan to bring your own liquor, the corkage fee is 100 per bottle. - the facility of the standard room needs renovation. -water heater for the shower is not working, a debris from the bahtroom fell on the floor. -parking space is small and no one was assisting guests in the parking area -standard rooms does not have a provision to hang wet clothes.in some properties even basic rooms has this provision. -pools looks dirty Overall, if you are a fur parent and want a place, where you and your pet can enhoy your stay, this property is not recommended. i suggest look for an alternative property.

Dining already turned to a bar as early as 7pm with VERY LOUD DEAFENING DISCO SOUNDS AND SINGING. When asked to turn it down so we can have casual conversations with family over dinner, we were turned down and instead THE OWNER HIMSELF said it should be turned up more. Words are not enough to describe how a nightmare it was to be even there. It’s literally like HELL at night with dark dining and disco lights very loud noise - yes I they call it music and singing but it’s just noise.

Rooms - standard rooms are very small, only mattress not really a bed; no provision to hang wet swimwear, aircon was way up above the door need chair to reach it, no chair in the room, toilet bowl water color was yellowish even if flushed.🤢 Reservations include 2 standard room A and 3 standard room B. We were given 5 standard room B, and insisted it was the same and better. 😩 in the ad photos, standard room seemed spacious; not in reality. Not even sure where they will put extra bed? Customer service - corkage fee per hd, but we were a party of 34. We brought food enough for abt 10 pax only (i.e. good for kids with complex food preferences) but staff insisted to charge all 34 pax even if she sees food is enough only for 10. We had to surrender the food at their office as it is not practical to pay P9k for rice and drumsticks. 😡Dinner was with live singer, VERY DEAFENING as our long table was near the speakers. We requested to lower down the volume (we can’t transfer anymore as resto was already full), but was declined as it may affect voice quality. What?! I can no longer hear the person beside me and had sore throat the next day just trying to talk to the waiters. Never expected they will turn the resto into a bar as early as 7 pm! 😤 and loud singing lasted until 12 mn. There goes our relaxing Saturday night. they don’t issue OR also, you have to insist to get one. Pool - never seen a pool so green at a jam packed resort 😡 they cleaned it during the evening but only with chlorine. The bottom still has sand. Beach - shore was very nice; but, trash was everywhere. No one was attending to the trash near the shore 😔 One staff tried his best to appease our inconveniences, thanks Lester 👍 This was by far our worst beach accommodation ever… 😖

For 28k worth of 4D3N stay | New Executive room. Cons 1. The room assigned to us is not worth it's price. 2. No tv 3. No fridge 4. No wifi inside our room. We can only access wifi when we are in their restaurant but very slow. 5. ＜At least in a "motel" room, there's tv and wifi＞ 6. Aircon is too cold at night. They only provided very thin blankets and we can't even control the aircon as they have removed the control knob and it is located high up the wall. Just bring your own thick blanket or pajamas. 7. No complementary water. 8. Their closet has no hanging rod. So bring your own hanger and hanging thread for your wet and dry clothes. The one in the toilet is only good for 1-2 person's wet clothes. 9. Low water pressure and smelly (shower,bidet,faucet) 10. Not enough parking so better arrive early. 11. No safety box. 12. No telephone to call customer service. 13. Their mattresses still has plastic covering. We were very uncomfortable. 14. Hospital / motel feels yung mga bedsheets/blanket 15. Their toilet has no garbage bin. 16. The coffee they serve tastes bland. 17. I paid so much that they can't even give us extra rice for breakfast. Served same breakfast for 2 consecutive days. My son asked for extra fried rice but rejected by staff. (one egg, dilis, sinabawang corned beef😃, small skinless longanisa, 1 cup fried rice). extra head will pay 1k for breakfast and extra bed 😂 However, here are the pros. 1. Delicious food at reasonable price. 2. pools, has no strong chlorine. Although its dirty. 3. Kind and accommodating staff. i will not recommend this place. we’re suppose to stay 4nights and 3days but decided to cut our family vacation short. Better to spend your hard earned money somewhere yung hindi puro profit ang iniisip ng owner.
