Es la primera vez q visitamos el hotel y realmente nos a gustado muchísimo todo en sentido general la playa excelente los servicios de primera la comida con muy buena calidad las variedades de la bebida muy buena Hablar de la animación no hay palabra para describir el servicio y la atención de los animadores para los clientes al igual q las personas q los dirigentes de parte de toda mi familia felicitarlos por el excelente servicio los exhorto a q sigan así felicitaciones

El hotel Sol Cayo Coco nos enamoró. Un destino súper recomendado para disfrutar en familia. Se destaca por sus playas hermosas y excelentes profesionales, en particular los del lobby bar: Blanca y Ofrey. Pasamos noches mágicas en este espacio encantador.

The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. Theirs so many different things you can do like snorkelling, horse back riding, different excursions that you can do it’s a very good experience I would recommend. Theirs never something not to do. It is very beautiful here and I will definitely keep coming back.

Voyage de filles, nous avons passé une très très belle semaine à cet hôtel! Tout petit , environ 270 chambres, belles et très confortables. On a bien dormi, nourriture du buffet très acceptable, beurre à tous les repas, on a manqué de rien! L’ambiance était très agréable! Jean-Paul à la plage (il parle au moins 5 langues) animait avec d’autres collègues, l’aquaforme qui commençait sur le sable et se terminait dans l’océan. Lui et tout le personnel du site agrémentent nos journées. Plage magnifique et l’océan turquoise, peu d’algues, il n’y a qu’à Cuba pour voir ça! Il y a beaucoup de palapas , pas besoin de se lever à 6h pour aller réserver ses chaises longues tant à la plage qu’aux piscines. On peut faire plusieurs activités comme du kayak ou du pédalo sur l’océan et on a même beaucoup de balançoires tout le long de la plage et sur le site qui compte aussi 4 piscines. Les canadiens, nous avons eu droit à un 5 à 7 à la discothèque Avec petites bouchées et chansons francophones à travers les chansons anglophones! Les cubains sont gentils et accueillants! Un soir un magnifique souper à l’extérieur autour de la piscine nous a été servi avec prestation d’un chanteur pendant le repas puis suivi d’un magnifique spectacle de danse. Pour conclure, ils acceptent l’argent canadien! Donc magnifique semaine, j’espère vraiment y retourner!

We went for a relaxing vacation and we got this 100%. The beaches are beautiful with water sports to play, sailing to try and of course the beautiful blue ocean to swim or snorkel in.

Destaco la atención recibida en el lobby del hotel, principalmente en el turno 7am a 3pm, así como en el Bar Saoco de la piscina y del Ranchón de la playa ya que todos hicieron todo lo posible porque tuviéramos una grata estadía en el hotel. Gracias
