Una experiencia inolvidable, es la primera vez que visito este hotel, la atencción de todo el personal es muy buena y profesional. Las habitaciones son muy confortables para un pleno descanso vacacional. Las piscinas se mantuvieron todo el tiempo limpias y cloradas. Las áreas de juegos se mantuvieron siempre activas al igual el personal a cargo de todas las áreas. Un saludo especial al jefe de animación Rogelio, con el cual tuve la oportunidad de conversar e intercambiar experiencias. En sentido general muy bueno, me encantó y con ganas de repetir la visita.

El servicio es muy bueno, las playas son espectaculares, la piscina limpia los animadores muy atentos y activos en todo momento y el jefe de animación Rogelio acompañándonos en todo momento. Gracias por sus servicio aunque no se puedan mencionar a todas las personas involucradas en hacer nuestra estancia tan amena.

Es la primera experiencia en el hotel sus trabajadores muy profesionales nos sentimos muy contentos de verdad,la playa hermosísima, la piscina limpia y sobre todo mucho calor humano en especial Rogelio y todos los compañeros aunque no se puedan mencionar todos se agradece la hospitalidad.

Mala la comida mala la habitación malo todo mejor cojan y ciérrelos parece un campismo popular desgraciada mente hay que ir a hoteles más caro porque nosotros mismo los cubanos acabamos con todo y comemos con los ojos no con la boca sin aire en el restaurante sol pollo esto de 4 estrella no tiene nada esto lo valoro como un campismo popular

Muy buena atención la comida está bastante buena las habitaciones espectaculares relativamente todo muy bueno buena recreación todo espectacular la piscina estupenda muy buenas actividades así también como la playa única la pasamos muy bien
