Muy buena instalación, excelente trato de los trabajadores creo lo mejor que tienen. Buen confort, buena comida, buena animación. Me gustaría algún retoque en el check-in, en general no he ido tantas veces si no fuera recomendable

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue magnífica ,estuve en familia desde el 27 de junio hasta el 30 de junio,la atención. Excelente, la limpia le doy mis felicitaciones y quisiera reconocer la calidad de la atención de Erik y Misleidis personal del bufet mis respetos hacia ellos,al jefe de animación Rogelio siempre pendientes de que estuviéramos bien y a Ramoncito el segundo de mantenimiento buenas personas es mi cuarta vez en el hotel y volveré …..nos sentimos muy bien

Mi familia llegó al hotel y se quedaron impresionados yo ya lo conocía al igual que ha muchos de los trabajadores realmente fue una experiencia muy bonita la comida especial y su variedad las bebidas bastante variadas el servicio del sknac 24 horas con muy buena calidad la animación ni se diga siempre presente Rogelio su jefe por gusto lo mismo te lo encuentras en el lobby en la piscina o el lobby

Primera vez que visitamos el hotel por nuestra apreciación, lo hemos visto muy bien, habitación confortable muy limpia, camareras muy atentas ,super, los servicios del hotel muy buenos la animación espectacular su jefe hace posible que todos los clientes del hotel se sientan bien
