Отель чистый, недалеко от пляжа, но не первая линия, есть бассейн. Завтраки нормальные, кофе растворимый. В отеле преимущественно русские, расположен на главной улице, поэтому рядом кафе, магазины, обменники. Очень отзывчивый Sahir, спасибо ему.

Мало свежих отзывов , поэтому хочу написать. Хороший уютный отель. Насколько индусы могут соблюдать чистоту, настолько они ее соблюдают, постоянно подметают, что-то трут, вытирают , молодцы. Уборка каждый день, персонал вежливый, до самой ночи видела, что приносят напитки и даже еду в номера. Завтраки вполне приемлимые, голодными не останетесь , есть разное на выбор. Мы были единственными русскими, но это не смущает нисколько. Нам есть с чем сравнивать, мы много где были - для Азии , особенно для Индии- отель прекрасный.

Nice property

Well maintained property with eateries & stores in walking distance. Professional staff. Clean room. Service & amenities are of a typical 3-star+ category hotel. ...... It is not a beach-touch property. Although, both Ashwem & Morjim beaches are close by.

The Acacia resort gave us our first 4 nights in Goa before touring down the coast. Good taxi ride straight from Monohar airport took about 40 mins. We were greeted well at reception. The complex was beautiful and room was great. Infinity pool was a gem and at night everything was lit up beautifully. Staff always on hand and helpful. Always cleaning and watering something. Good.food and breakfast available. Short walk onto street with amenities and a few bars and restaurants. Shabby track takes you down to a glorious beach with beach bars/food. Generally quiet although there was a Hindu wedding happening on one occasion

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed . But what truly stood out was the staff .Great service and all staff are really well trained and professional ,special mention ,prajwal, Sahil , Sanghi. Thank you guys for your great service and care . We will see you all soon.

Comfortable, calm and great service. Barring one delay from housekeeping, rest of the times throughout everything was top notch. Location also just on the road side and 5 min from the beach. Sahil and all other staff were courteous. Had a lovely stay ＜3

Just awful. Please don’t believe the description or the reviews of this hotel. This hotel is nothing like in the pictures or has described. The room and surrounding areas were very dirty and poorly maintained. We soon decided that we didn’t want to spent the 7 nights here. We spent approximately 6 hours in the room while rearranging another hotel and at no point did anyone come and ask what the problem was or whether it could be rectified. No refund would be given. Oh and a building site right next door!!

хочу выразить благодраность ребятам которые там работают... все старались и даже если что то не получалось ... старались переделать и итог получался как и хотели... всегда улыбаются.. всегда помогут... на рецепшене в ресторане.. везде ... спасибо за положительные эмоции и качество обслуживания!!! остались очень давольны!!!

This place is terrible They opened my bag without my permission I was shocked to witness this They were not at all sorry about it either Please stay away from such hotels It is not safe to stay at such places Also The wifi does not work at all There are many better options then such a place

I stayed here for a night over the weekend and had a wonderful experience, but a few things kept me from giving a 5-star rating. Pros: The property is easy to locate, and it's conveniently close to cafes, pharmacies, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. Parking is available for 7-8 cars, with security assistance. The check-in process was quick, and Mr. Sohan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The property offers stunning sunset views from the pool area, and at night, it transforms into a fairy-tale-like location with perfect lighting and a fountain. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of dishes and a live counter for made-to-order options. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. The pool area is great for relaxation. Cons: Room and bathroom cleaning could have been better. I noticed some dust on the fans, spider webs in the corners, and hair next to the hair dryer. The biggest issue was the dirty linen. Though it was washed, there were noticeable stains on the bedsheets, pillows, duvet covers, and even the bath towels, which was quite disappointing. The jacuzzi was non-functional during our stay. The restaurant was on the pricier side – for example, a Diet Coke was charged at Rs. 123/-, which is almost three times the MRP of Rs. 40/-. Additional Notes: The beach is just a 10-15 minute walk from the property, which is a big plus. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay, especially if you want to experience the beautiful views and ambiance. If the cleaning and restaurant pricing are addressed, I'd definitely give it 5 stars next time!

I stayed at the place from 27th dec to 1st jan. An amazing place at perfect location. Very near to beach. Staff is very courteous and they serve delicious breakfast. Chandra and other two male staff goes beyond their duties to ensure u get best breakfast served. Definitely a most recommended place to be in Goa. Only thing they need to improve is the hot water supply for shower. They must work on this !
