We are currently staying at The Acacia Hotel, Morjim, Goa (Rooms 202, 203, and 102), and our experience has been extremely disappointing. No Water Supply: There was no running water in the washrooms for hours. Unusable Drinking Water: The water provided is not even suitable for washing clothes, let alone drinking. Non-Functional Amenities: The fan does not work, and the AC is extremely noisy. Faulty Room Keys: The hotel uses regular keys (not key cards), but they often do not work properly, making it difficult to lock or unlock the rooms. Terrible Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi does not connect using the room number and last name. After multiple failed attempts, staff gave me 5-6 different codes—none worked. When they finally provided one that worked, it allowed only one device to connect. Poor Service & Unresponsive Management: Despite raising these issues multiple times, no proper solutions were provided. We requested a room change and a refund, but the process has been a nightmare. This hotel does not deserve the high ratings seen on booking platforms like Goibibo. Our entire trip has been ruined, and we strongly advise against staying here. If you are considering this hotel, stay away—do not trust the misleading reviews!
