Had an incredible stay at this property in Goa with friends in December! The place was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a relaxing vibe. The rooms were spacious and clean, with stunning views. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Great location—close to the beach and major attractions. Loved the peaceful ambiance and delicious food. A perfect getaway spot! Would definitely visit again!

We had visited the resort in Dec 2024 and I am writing this review a month later. We had driven from Bangalore as a family. What a wonderful place to stay in North Goa. Morjim beach is just a stone throw distance away from the resort. The ambience of the property is excellent! More importantly, its a pet friendly property and our pet just had his best 7 nights stint there! You will get a positive vibe when you stay in the resort. We had booked 2 rooms (pool facing ones). Initially booked for 5 nights and then extended our stay by 2 more nights – largely due to the most hospitable staffs that I have ever met. Manager, Mr. Kailas is a gem of a person. He would go an extra mile to keep the guests smiling! We had Zak – very helpful person to guide guests. Not to forget Shammi – the ever-attentive lad who helped with each and every demand! My daughter just loved the place and even after a month, she always longs to visit Goa and stay in this property! The cook is very courteous to help prepare whatever we demanded! We were literally pampered by the staffs and we had a wonderful vacation at this resort! Great eating joints are just walking distance from this property – in case one wish to taste food outside! One would need to visit this property just to get pampered by the smiling staffs, fantastic location with homely food and relaxing stay! What more one needs ! We simply can’t wait to return back to Goa and stay at this property !

Good place to go and very near to morjim beach. Place serves breakfast only but can provide other meals aswell on request. Car Parking is also there. Plus due to its proximity to beach, it has lots of good shacks to enjoy by evening. Being on beach, the property looks inside but opens up to a huge and cleaner part of Morjim beach.

This place is fantastic and so cozy and safe even if you are traveling solo . Ambience is good ,staff is so friendly and welcoming .Safe and neat roo.s Kids friendly atmosphere. You can feel the Vibes .Food is fantastic even you can Enjoy best coffee .Overall Amazing experience .Planning to visit this place soon.💖

This Is Very Good For Stay with Family. Room Size are Big and Good Vibes. Staff Is Very Good. Good Nature and Supportqble Staff. Management is Very Good. All over Good place for Family.very good and excellent experience. My family is very happy. my Daughter and my son are full enjoy in swimming pool.

Worst resort to stay, swimming pool as small as a bath tub, water problem, frequent power cuts with unstable back up so be ready to stay in heat, broken TV, no connection, dirty bathrooms, very very limited breakfast options, overall if you want to spoil your vacation then book here.

A nice place to stay close to Morjim beach. The services were good and the team was also prompt. I liked this place and was apt for a family or friends to stay. It’s just 1 to 2 mins walk from Morjim beach. I would definitely suggest this place to my friends aswell

Boho by the beach is the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The pictures and the actual stay are extremely different. Service was also extremely poor. Each item ordered for breakfast took atleast 1 hour and it was not like the breakfast was too good. The breakfast was also bad with very limited choices. The pool was also very small and was very filthy. The rooms were also in very bad shape and condition. The AC did not work in the middle, almost all the handles were either broken or about to just fall off, there was water comi g from below the fridge and also there was no water in the rooms. We had to walk all the way to the reception for the water bottles. There were only 3 people in the staff to help us out. They were very slow and could not fulfill our needs. Not advisable for anyone to stay here.
