"The place is really nice, considering the restaurant is part of a Boutique Hotel in a Hacienda style house. Food I will say is a bit overprice , taste is average but high end presentation . Drinks are ok.Ambience is perfect no matter what the occasion is( I invite my sister and two adult nieces). Service is perform by young guys that I think were having a miscommunication issues, and the reason I mentioned it is because it happens like 3 times that one server took an order and a few minutes later another guy came to do the same thing and it took sometime between orders to get our order, don’t get me wrong, Isaac our server was really knowledgeable and very kind, he even gave us a small tour thru the hotel, 👍👍. Last but not least the place has a great view of the city. 👍👍👍 and Yes, I will come back!!"

"This is indeed a hotel that exceeded expectations. Maybe because there are not many rooms, I can't see any Chinese reviews on *********** and Ctrip. However, the environment is so good that I don't want to check out. I recommend that everyone who comes to Morelia to celebrate the Day of the Dead and want to experience a night tour should stay here the day before, check out at 12 o'clock, store your luggage, and then go to participate in the afternoon and night activities. It's so comfortable!"

"The location is great, being close to the center of town, less than a 10-minute walk away. The parking lot diagonally in front of the hotel was spacious, and we were able to park easily. The room was clean and comfortable. The windows were open, so it was easy to see from the outside and the hallway, but the blinds were adjustable, and it was bright and nice. The dining area is on the third floor, and the staff will serve you side dishes. I asked for more and my wife for less, and they kindly accommodated my request. The Christmas parade happened to be just 10 meters away, so it was easy to get to. With such reasonable accommodation prices, we've decided to make this our regular hotel when we visit Morelia."

"Booked a two night stay along with another couple.The hotel is simple and basic, which we expected for the price, but what we did not expect was the extremely loud noise from the floor above us. Both couples had a room on the second floor. The restaurant was directly above us on the third floor. We heard all movement and scraping of chairs very loudly. It was unnerving and made it impossible to sleep or even think. Our friends complained to the front desk but the noise didn’t stop. That first evening, a conversation was had with the night manager to advise that we would like to check out after the one night and asked to be reimbursed for our second night. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he would get us reimbursed for the one night we would not be staying there. We confirmed with the desk clerk in the morning that it would take a few days to process the refund. At that point, we did not have any reason to be concerned but after multiple calls the hotel has advised that the night manager had no authority to tell us he would reimburse us and they would not be doing so. Poor experience, poor customer service and poor follow through."
