Hotel Albatros

We booked our holiday through tui who didn’t tell us any of the extras that would need paying for - sunbeds around the pool are 9€ a day! Which when we was there for 2 weeks is a large added cost just to sit down! A few days into our holiday the cleaners stole from us and all we got told was no they wouldn't we never got an apology or anything Our bathroom would flood every time we had a shower Drinks menu for all inclusive is very limited no diet options for soft drinks only wine, beer and brandy The food was okay just a standard buffet no complaints until we got food poisoning and was stuck in bed for 2 days The bistro had nice food and staff there were lovely The jacuzzi was cold never heated up we eventually fount out you had to ask for it to be turned on but was never warm and as soon as you stepped out of it they would turn it off Pool was dirty had dead bugs floating around everywhere and I never saw one member of staff clean it at one point I saw a woman scooping them all out with her child’s toy net Overall awful holiday would think twice before booking this hotel!

We were offered this hotel by Tui when the hotel we had booked informed our travel agent that it was closing early. We booked an all inclusive package. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The bathroom needed updating as it was impossible not to flood the floor when showering as the doors did not seal but there was plenty of hot water which was good. Be aware that the inclusive package only included ouzo and local brandy, beer and wine in their alcoholic drinks package, white & black coffee, and soft drinks did not include diet options. We were aware that there was a charge for sunbeds around the pool and on the beach but the daily rate for two was a bit more than we expected. Food was tasty but choice was quite limited so a fussy eater might struggle. The bistro bar, where we spent most of our time, provided seating and was right near the beach. The sea was easy to access and looked safe for swimming. The bistro bar was open to the public and there was a noticable difference between how all inclusive guests and paying guests were treated. Paying guests were served and were offered different crockery, with the niceties of crisps or nuts or biscuits with their drinks but not for armband wearers. We got our own drinks and there were no little extras. Athough the waiters were always polite, we have to admit to feeling like second class citizens despite in reality, having actually paid in advance. We were the only British people there and they very much catered for the German holiday market. There was no Tui rep ( which we did know in advance) so no offers of tours or sightseeing but there were places within walking distance that offered those and the locals were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not somewhere that is going to provide children's entertainment but it might suit those who are happy to entertain their own children and enjoy a quiet beach holiday. It wasn't quite what we have been used to when booking an all inclusive holiday but as older people we enjoyed the quiet and being able to sit by the sea and watch the world go by!

Very nice Hotel with perfect location, directly on the beach. Everything is well maintained and it is the perfect place to relax! We will for sure come back next year! We 've found very nice, the hospitality of the whole staff, that made us feel welcomed from the first moment!

Es war eines der schlechtesten Hotels die wir je bereist haben. Erschreckend!!! Die Räume im gesamten Hotel nicht klimatisiert, Temperaturen im Hotel, sowie in dem Essensaal, auf den Gängen von 26 Grad und mehr, es hat überall nach Fett und Essen gestunken, das Essen eine Katastrophe, billig, fettig, geschmacklos, einfach nur niveaulos, Urlauber klagten über Durchfall, selbst wir hatten 2 Tage damit zu kämpfen, Personal durch die Bank weg unfreundlich, für jeden Service trotz All Inklusive musste man extra bezahlen, laute Musik an der Poolbar bis hinunter zum Strand, Strand ungepflegt, Liege/Schirm an Liege/Schirm, dreckig, ungepflegt und die Zimmereinrichtung Grob Müll reif!!! Ich kann nur jeden abraten hier All Inklusive zu buchen bzw. das Hotel überhaupt zu buchen. Keine Bedienung, auch nicht zum Abendessen für Al-In Gäste, HP Gäste werden bedient - niveaulos. Tische wurden selten gereinigt und sauber gemacht, besonders an der Poolbar, so dass man sein Tisch selber aufräumen musste. Liegen am eigenen Hotelpool kosten Geld - ein Witz! Liegen am Strand auch nur gegen Bezahlung! Sonnenliegen pro Tag 9€ am Strand sowie Pool. Badetücher Kaution von 10€, man erhält jedoch nur 9€ zurück wegen der Reinigung und beim Tauschen wird einen auch eine Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt. Die Getränke sind billig, minderwertig und verwässert, das Bier schlimmer geht’s nimmer und Cola, Fanta, Sprite etc. aus Schlauch! Zucker süß, ekelig. Keine Cocktail, kein Schnaps, wie Wodka, Whisky, nichts - für alles sollte man zahlen. Unser Fazit: Wer ein 3*** Hotel, mit unfreundlichen Personal, ungemütlichen Räumen, laute Musik am Pool & Strand, keine Serviceleistungen, täglich gleiches, fades und geschmackloses Essen, ob Früh, Mittag, Abend steht und noch auf altes abgewohntes Mobiliar in den Zimmern steht, ist hier genau richtig!!!

I would only recommend this hotel for retirees. There are no organized activities offered by the hotel, and there's nothing for children to play with or keep them occupied. They can either be in the water or in their rooms. The rooms are generally okay, though the cleaner didn't reach our room even once in three days. The bathroom door can only be closed from the inside due to warping, and there’s a persistent sewer smell in the room because there's no odor trap in the shower drain. Every sunbed on the hotel and beach grounds costs 5 euros, but if you want two beds, it’s only 9 euros. Of course, benches and chairs are only available at the public bar where anyone can enter. So, a 10-day stay adds up to nearly 100 euros in extra costs. Despite these issues, the staff is friendly, but they must adhere to hotel policies. The food selection is small, but mostly tasty.

Wir hatten All Inclusive, schrecklich von Zimmer , Pool , Bad , essen , Freundlichkeit . Einfach alles war schlecht . Es war so schlecht und wenig von allem das wir jeden Tag draußen essen mussten es war ungenießbar und wenig. Die Zimmer und Bad auf dem einfachsten Standard gehalten . Ameisen auf dem Bett , Sehr altes möbelar , alte Matratzen , Schimmel , ich kann nur jeden davor warnen . Zimmersafe hat’s im Zimmer aber nur gegen Aufpreis von 18€ pro Woche kann man ihn nützen .Strandtücher bekommt man nur gegen Aufpreis , Sonnenschirm und liegen bezahlt man sowohl am Strand als auch am Hotel eigenen Pool , habe sowas noch niergends erlebt . Kann nur jeden davor warnen hier zu buchen . Die Kellner unfreundlich und sagen Schimpfwörter wie Malaka will ich hier lieber nicht übersetzten . Die all inclusive Getränke der letzte Fussel . Wenn man aber von der Karte bestellt und bezahlt bekommt man Original Cola , Fanta , und sonstiges. Weis nicht was ich noch sagen soll mir fehlen echt die Worte, so schlecht beziehungsweise katastrophal war das hier. Ich würde hier mit meine Familie nicht mal mehr kommen wenn das Hotel uns die Reise schenken würde so ……. War das .
