The hotel is very old, the staff was not good, they are very moody persons, my room view was not good

住了3次啦，酒店的大堂簡直不要太舒服，海風吹着，房間有一點老，餐食很不錯，超懷念在蘭卡的日子

I had a pleasant stay at Cinnamon Bay Beruwala. The positive aspects include excellent service, starting from the warm welcome with a towel and juice at check-in, continuing throughout our stay until check-out. All the staff were friendly, kids activity center is a plus and the surroundings were very spacious and pleasant. The rooms were good, and I would definitely recommend their service, giving it a double thumbs up. On the downside, the reading light was broken, there were no bathroom slippers or robes, and the shampoo, lotion, and conditioner bottles were made of ceramic. If these ceramic bottles break, they could cause injury. I suggest that the hotel switch to safer materials for these items. Overall, I would rate our stay 3.8 out of 5. We really enjoyed our time there. If you're looking for excellent service in Beruwala, don't hesitate to book this hotel.

It a nice hotel situated in a calm and peaceful place , kids friendly and the pools are really good , staff also helpful , breakfast was not not as expected and to be honest not worth for the money at all , also dinner buffet was so terrible for the money which paid Overall decent time spent Not worth for the money !

體驗感非常不好，早早的就預訂了酒店，到了當地酒店卻被告知沒有預訂訊息，一大羣人都等在前台，非常糟糕，整個溝通都是三方來回扯。更離譜的是有一個訂單沒房了，不曾想攜程這麼大的平台也犯這種錯誤，貝魯瓦拉這個季節炎熱且傍晚蚊蟲叮咬，最後的解決方案也是糟糕透頂，自此再也不敢在攜程預訂境外酒店了。

We stayed in the deluxe wing, which does not offer a good view of the ocean, for the price of the room. The hotel and its furniture looks dated, but the room was large and comfortable enough. The beach in front of the hotel is a public beach - there are touts standing just outside the hotel waiting to sell things.

Excellent hotel service , accommodation, and staff service was super . Loved the Sandy beaches and the food . Buffet and aka crate was great . Will visit again 😇

房間環境都很好，因為這次太沖忙，沒沒有定到dinner,下一定要定了，so.早歺太豐富了期待下次再去

設施比較陳舊，但是在當地屬於比較好的酒店，有點小失望的房間在樓上起潮還很厲害，入住房間差點因地上水氣跌倒，房間還漏水…… 室外泳池，早餐還不錯 ，沙灘沙子比較粗
