Baymont by Wyndham Mooresville

Just needed a place to stay overnight and get some food. The double queen room was larger than expected, more like a suite. Unfortunately, it appeared that the room had not been used in some time. The toilet water/inside rim had mold in it and the toilet seat was loose. There were only 2 bath towels and washcloths and 1 hand towel. A partial roll of TP and no spare! No coffee maker. We found some dry goods, Kraft Mac & cheese and ramen cup of soup and a child’s toy in the room. It was a non smoking room, however we could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The staff were extremely apologetic and seemed surprised upon being told. No breakfast or coffee in the morning. The Iron Thunder Saloon was literally within steps of the hotel. Friendly people and wait staff. Excellent food! Worth the stay at the hotel.

Dirty I was told they were under construction but it looks as if the construction has been going on for years and not even being completed in sections. Hallways only smelled of smoke and the carpets were filthy. The room has trash & filth throughout it. I had to pull the nightstand back to access an outlet and I documented everything with photos of the filth found. Fire/Smoke detector was removed and just left with exposed wires. Lastly there were bugs crawling on the tv and dresser. Needless to say I slept on top of the covers as I needed just a place to stay before flying out the next morning.

Dump This is one I defiantly do not recommend. Pictures show a pool. pool was being torn out. Pictures show out door seating area. This is there but no chairs or tables and closed. The continental breakfast is no longer available. Hall was smells awful. We left a day early with no refund. From Thursday till sunday morning our room was never cleaned. They only do room service after you check out. We had to go get our own clean towels from the front desk. Long story short this place is a dump
