SpringHill Suites Charlotte Lake Norman/Mooresville

This was a wonderful stay, I will be back, I was here on a business trip and the staff was lovely. Very comfortable beds and affordable price, and beautiful view. Quiet hotel, I stay for about a week I do plan on coming back in a few weeks. Great 5 stars

First room we checked into had plugged toilet. We went to another king room and the toilet was slow. Not sure what's going on with their plumbing. Shower had a 7 or 8 foot shower head. Nearly impossible to adjust unless you are a giant. No handheld. No worries. I use two or three times the amount of water with these useless showerheads just to rinse my hair. Room was spacious and seemed clean. Breakfast was average.

Fast, professional check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial with many options, including gluten free. I particularly enjoyed the robust coffee. Location is excellent as it's just off the highway. Gas station and restaurants in the vicinity.

Lovely hotel in great location close to I77 .. highly recommend. Clean, well maintained and walking distance to several restaurants. Staff great and in-hotel bar staff superb. The great prices a bonus 😊 Breakfast great with good options for high-fibre lovers such as oatmeal and Raisin Bran. Coffee in room good (Keurig) amd breakfast coffee good.

This is the second SpringHill hotel we had stayed at on one of our recent trips. From check-in to check-out, everything was great! Clean lobby, clean rooms, proper amenities, even breakfast was actually more than we expected; with covid and lack of staff nearly everywhere we go, we thought "grab-n-go" breakfast meant a paper bag with a piece of fruit, a wrapped muffin, a granola bar...what we received at another SpringHill early that week...but this was definitely more substantial! Thank you to all who work there and care enough about us...the guests, to do your very best!!!!

I usually like a Springhill Suites very much. This one was not great. The front desk person was eager to get rid of us. Came out of the back, asked our name, and threw the keys at us with a 'Here you go" No introduction to the hotel, no thank you for your loyalty. No how do you want your welcome gift, not even directions to the elevator. Just terrible. The pool is gross, very dirty. The hot tub (the reason we booked this particular hotel) is permanently closed, but still featured on the website. Not cool. We were in a room with a jacuzzi which was nice but not the same as a hot tub. The room looked clean and the bed was fine. The front desk person the next morning was very pleasant, which keeps this review from being a 1.

This was a nice, clean hotel that was at a good exit. It was perfectly placed for a midway stop to and from Florida. It was the least expensive hotel for miles. The desk clerk was helpful. The rooms were great. The pool was small, but clean and stocked with towels. There was a hot tub. We will be back.

We stay here quite often when in town visiting my grandkids. Everything is GREAT! E. Renee Hikes, General Manager always says HI! Front desk girls are sweet and accommodating. Wouldn't stay anywhere else

Worst property I've ever experienced. Checked into a room with no heat and almost got shocked from the thermostat. Second room the tv didn't work properly. The pool was closed due to bad maintenance also the guest laundry was out of order. After reporting this to the front desk the informed me seems I booked through ******* there's nothing they can do. They told me to find a different hotel if I'm not happy which is rude and unacceptable. Tried giving our daughter a bath and there was no drain stopper had to use a ice bag to hold the water in the tub. After all those issues I woke up to BED BUG BITES ON MY ANKLES so this is a nasty property and if you care about your family find a different hotel. PICTURES PROVE A THOUSAND WORDS
