Fantastic stay over Easter. We were in a non-ocean view apartment that still had a lovely view of the ocean, if blocked a little by surrounding apartment blocks. Service from the reception was fantastic with nothing too difficult. The Mantra itself is ideally located to make the most of the Mooloolaba *****. The apartment was really comfortable and had all the kitchen essentials for cooking when you can't be bothered going out. We even found there was a special path to the local Coles supermarket for hotel guests that made it so simple to go shopping. Will definitely be back to try an ocean view apartment.

We have been staying at Mantra Mooloolaba for over 15 yrs almost every year for Anniversary we love the location, but unfortunately this stay we were not impressed, we asked for room on level 8 or above as we like to view from the higher levels and this is the reason we come back each time. unfortunately we were placed down on level 3 with not much of a good view that we like when we come here. this was upsetting for us and we advised hotel staff at check in were told rooms get allocated 3 days prior to guest arrival and they were fully booked nothing could be done to fix it. We booked this well in advance and made sure we mentioned it in the booking. we where advised that this cannot always be accommodated. we have been staying at this particular Mantra for many years and have never stayed below level 7 as we enjoy the higher up levels for the views etc. we were offered to upgrade to penthouse for an Extra $2000 on top of what we had already paid for 3 nights accommodation, we declined as this would of made our holiday very costly when we had not planned for that amount. This time was not the most enjoyable first start to our break away. Not sure if we will come again after this experience..

Mantra Mooloolaba provided everything we needed to enjoy the pleasures of the Sunshine Coast. Everything was within walking distance and the ocean view from our apartment was stunning. The apartment was comfortable and so convenient for the beach, local shops (including Coles grocer), and restaurants.

Fantastic location and we loved our stay. We have already booked to come back. The beaches and many restaurant options were on our doorstep. We had amazing sea and beach views from our room. The hotel pools were great too. We loved our stay! Thank you Mantra

I booked a one bedroom apartment in October 2025 for my mother to stay while she attending a wedding. We had a few changes on the booking which the staff were brilliant as sorting. My Mother and her friends said the hotel was fantastic and staff were lovely and professional. Thank you for making this experience a great one and I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again next time we are in town. Thanks to Hayley and the rest of the staff in particular.
