As for the downsides, as others have already mentioned, it's unclear why it's impossible to send entry codes in advance on the day of arrival if a foreign guest requests one, as not everyone has roaming or Wi-Fi access upon check-in. Email and text requests were ignored. You must call the doorbell—standing at the door."

"Perfect apartment for 2, is was clean and spacious. Nice and spacious bathroom. All you need of appliances, hair dryer and iron. It’s a small shop about 20 meters from the apartment. And the service from the “staff” is just amazing. Highly recommend this apartment complex. Only one small negative note, there is no noise isolation, so you hear everything in the hallway, but not noise from outside."
