A great hotel in a mountainous location and an amazing view, for those who want to be outside the city center, highly recommended, there is free transportation close to the hotel, normal breakfast, dinner was a disappointment, the food was cold and not suitable for such a luxurious hotel. The interior and exterior of the hotel is very special.

建議酒店翻新衞生間。但來酒店住的很多歐洲老年夫婦可能會喜歡這種國內九十年代的淋浴洗臉池和馬桶風格。酒店公共區域風景是蒙特勒最美。

During the months of September and October I stayed 3 times in this warm cozy hotel. Its location, close to the clinic of De Valmont, is what originally motivated my choice. I came back again because of how perfect it was for me. It is quite large but feels like a family run hotel, with the kindness and attention to details and to customers that you usually only find in 5 star hotels. The view and location are spectacular. The rooms and the hotel are not modern, but well kept and super clean. The room was large (room 25, a suite with an amazing view and a separate living room) and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. more surprising, dinner was just amazing, with an attentive and professional service. The soufflé au cassis for dessert was worth the trip.

I stayed the second time in Hotel Victoria. What is amazing for me is the level of service and the attention to details. It is a classic 5 star service combined with the warm hospitality of the owner family. This mix and the beautiful setting is getting rare in the world of hospitality. Very worth to visit and I will come back again soon.

Hotel Victoria is a great choice for a stay while visiting Montreux. We had a junior suite and the balcony view was spectacular. The restaurant has 5-star quality food and service. The hotel staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

I spent my birthday here for the second year in a row. The whole experience from planning to the day was nothing short of 1st class. We had the piano next to our table. The food was delicious and the service from Thomas and Lucie exceptional. We would like to make a special mention to Mr. Juan Decorde who helped us in planning the menus and drinks, he was so professional and accommodated all of our requests - we also noted him out on the front line with his teams working hard. Last but not least, we had such a wonderful greeting and goodbye from Mr and Mrs Mittermair. I say bravo Hotel Victoria, don't change a thing, especially the servers wearing those timeless white jackets.

WOW!! Stunning views, first class staff, gorgeous old-world luxury with all the modern convenience. Food was exceptional! This place is truly in another league, very special. We will remember our stay as the highlight of our trip.

Extraordinary property, unbelievable lake and mountain view with gorgeous grounds. Interior classically decorated with spacious well kept rooms. Staff was 110% whether front desk, dining, and room care. Relais & Chateau never disappoints for upscale frequent travelers. You won't want to leave!

We are two families who stayed at Hotel Victoria. Our stay was outstanding — the place is wonderful, with a fantastic view of Lake Geneva. The rooms are more than comfortable, and both the dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast were perfect. I come to this hotel regularly and have never been disappointed. The staff is incredibly attentive. That’s the great advantage of a hotel owned and managed by a family. I highly recommend it

Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Neither of us wanted to leave, it oozes quality, charm and locationality. You can't help but be astounded by the views of the Alps. We found the hotel to be very inclusive and the staff were very welcoming and talkative to us. The hotel's charm lies in the collection of art works on every floor and the quality of room's bedding, towels and memorable decor. The food was equally memorable. We hope to return to this hotel as it holds unforgettable memories for us and a pull to experience this charm and quality again.
